Comfortable apartment for 6 people in a beautiful complex, ideal for enjoying your vacation in Denia with the family. The apartment with a terrace is located on the ground floor with access to the communal pool.



It belongs to the attractive and well-maintained private urbanization ESTRELLA DE MAR, with a lovely pool, showers, and a Mediterranean garden area.



The 90 m2 apartment is distributed on a single floor. We enter through the terrace, which is fully equipped with awnings, designer fabric furniture, comfortable cushions, and loungers. The terrace faces northwest, making it ideal for breakfast and lunch during the warmer months. Ceiling fans on the terrace help keep the atmosphere cool in the evenings.



The spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa and modern and functional furniture, including a Smart TV. The property has centralized air conditioning throughout and modern, silent standing fans.



The fully equipped, separate kitchen features all modern appliances and ample kitchenware to make your stay very pleasant. There\'s a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, and electric water heater.



Next to the entrance hall, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds, all with spacious fitted wardrobes. There are two spacious bathrooms with quality materials, well-equipped with amenities, including a bathtub and a shower.



The apartment includes a spacious parking space suitable for SUVs in the basement, accessible via an elevator or stairs.



ESTRELLA DE MAR is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, just a few meters from La Marineta Beach, facing Denia Marina with nearby services.



It\'s a 5-minute walk to the center of Denia, offering a wide range of leisure and dining options.



The Surroundings:



Located next to LA MARINETA CASIANA Beach (200m from the apartment), a spacious, well-maintained sandy beach with a variety of activities for adults and children.



Restaurants, cafes, and more are just a few meters away. Nearby, you\'ll find bike rentals, jet skis, kayaks, and scuba diving equipment. A short distance away, you\'ll discover horse riding centers, golf courses, go-kart tracks, a surf school, drive-in cinema, and a multitude of services and activities that Denia offers.



Denia is situated four hours by car from Madrid and one hour from Valencia and Alicante, right on the Mediterranean Sea.



The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia, both just one hour away via the AP7 highway. From the AP7, take exit 62 towards Ondara/Denia/Javea, heading to Denia.



From Denia, take the road to Las Marinas until you reach the entrance to Denia Marina, located between the Ogisaka and Port Denia Hotels.

ESTRELLA DE MAR is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, just a few metres from La Marineta beach.

Next to LA MARINETA CASIANA beach (200m from the flat). It is a wide sandy beach and not saturated and perfectly maintained. With a wide range of activities for adults and children.

Nearby you can rent bicycles, jet skis, kayaks, diving equipment. Just a few kilometres away you will find horse riding centres, golf, go-kart track, surf school, drive-in cinema, and the multitude of services and activities that Denia has to offer.
