“We had such a great experience at this stay. From how communicative the host is to feasibility of check in/out, the stay was stress free and accommodating. The host provided concise instructions, great hospitality and timely responses to questions which made this trip that more enjoyable. Everything was very well put together in the stay, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. I’d highly recommend this stay and will definitely rebook with the host in the future!”

“The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements.”

“Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. ”

“It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. ”

“This is a small, clean and cute apartment in the Capital Hill neighborhood in the heart of DC. It's a great place to call home base for a few days while you check out the sights. We had no idea where to stay and were up in the air between here and the Pendry hotel which is at the wharf. We couldn't have been happier that we chose this location. We felt extremely safe and getting around the city from this location was so easy. Uber pickups were quick, there are Lime scooters and bikes everywhere...

“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

The kitchen and bathroom had some useful items available like coffee, coffee filters, soap and shampoo, which were pleasant to have available immediately. “This house was very nice and clean. Everything was accessible and not hard to find. I thought it was going to be small and a little cramp as far as space wise, but it was actually very spacious. Pretty easy contact with the host. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely book again!”

“I loved this property. I was staying in town for a conference at the Hilton (4 min walk). Gregg and his staff did an amazing job at making sure we had everything we needed. Including breakfast before we went to the conference. the food they served at the restaurant downstairs was superb! Great location! I would highly recommend staying here. I will be back! "Var en kortis till Washington- bara 3 dagar och gjorde alla måsten, sevärdheter. Hotellet var bra med trevlig personal. Rummen var stora med bra standard. Dock lite dålig information vid frukosten, kanske får skylla mig själv. Utöver buffén fanns det en massa gott man kunde beställa från köket. Helt klart prisvärt och lätt att nå överallt med promenad och/eller Metron."

"Bra hotell för familj. Ligger lite utanför stan men enkelt med uber om man vill. Lite klassisk personal som vill bära allt, öppna dörrar, köra fram bilen, osv för lite smådollar. I överlag var vi väldigt nöjda. Parkering finns men inte alls enkelt köra in och ut, är man här med bil ska man nog låta bilen stå i garaget bara."

"The hotel is close to a trainstation which was convienient arriving from Dulles airport. Within walking distance from The national mall with all the sights and also close to the Warf with plenty of nice bars and restaurants. The room was very small but as you got used to it it works. The bed is supercomfortable but as you only get in from one side you have to think about who is more likely to need to get out of bed first ...Breakfast was really nice, really good coffeservice, the only thing I missed was fresh pancakes/waffles. Lobbyarea has a cool livingroom vibe and the bar serves up some good drinks and barfood. Eveything in the room is controlled by an ipad, it works and you get used to it qiuckly. A good hotel close to the main monuments and museums. Train station close by and easy to get to airport or unionsation. "
