Beautiful Home, Awesome Location
The home is beautiful and exactly like the photos! Perfect for Friends or Family who want privacy with their accommodations. The seperate floors make it very comfortable for a large party to have privacy when needed.
Communication from the owner was great! They are even proactive with Communication. We were on our way to the house and I received a call saying that the hot tub was down but a repair person would be there the next day and they were. The Hot Tub wasn't a key point of our selecting this house, so no big deal for us. But I was impressed how they took the effort to notify us before we found the problem.
For home this grand, modern and beautiful, I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The refrigerator smelled like rotten fish when we arrived. We had to quickly clean it the best we could because we had groceries delivered around the same time we checkrd in. The bed in the master bedroom had a smell of someone else in it. You know, it didnt smell bad but you could clearly smell perfume and another person in it. We stayed up an extra 1.5 hours and washed the bedding. I reported both problems and the owner reassured me that the bedding was washed and the refrigerator was cleaned. I thought it was disappointing to get that kind of response. I wouldn’t lie about a compliaint. We personally fixed both issues ourselves and we were on a special family vacation so I refused to argue with them or let it put a damper on our time away.
