“Det var bra och lugnt .....”

“I will never stay at any other hotel but this one whenever I visit Bogota. Clean and new facilities, staff that goes out of your way to be helpful, fluent in English, nice big TVs, great Wi-Fi, amazing shower with HOT water, great size rooms. The only drawback was the area of town wasn’t so great, but it was still safe. It’s not their fault. There was a lot of construction going on, and the street lights didn’t work at night.. “Dirty rooms and the worst bed ever. No sign so hard to find the hotel I would not recommend anyone to stay there even if it's an emergency. The WiFi didn't work. We left as fast as we could”

“Dont book with hotels.com. They are hard to reach and get an answer from. The hotel had big problem with warm water in the shower. Preperd to have a cold shower. The said it the city goverment that dont provide the service. Even though there is no info in the ad about shower in cold water. The room was very simple and the sheets had a lot of spots on it. I found ants, spiders and mosquitos in the room. The room is cold in the morning if its a cold night. Choose pay at the hotel if you can so...

“Bra hotell om man vill vara nära flygplatsen. Den utlovade hämtningen fungerade inte. Och transport till flygplatsen var inte gratis som annonserat.”
