Secluded cottage with a lake view & private jetty

With a peaceful and quiet location, this lovely cottage is located in Fredros overlooking Lake Treen.

The dwelling house has been carefully renovated and the old style has been preserved.
In the large conservatory there is plenty of space for socializing.

On the large garden there is a guest house and guest room, barbecue area and several places for both sun and shade. In Lake Treen there are opportunities for both swimming and fishing at the private jetty.

In the main building:

The wonderful conservatory houses a large dining table with space for the whole family. Here you can also enjoy the tranquility of the crackling stove.

In the lovely kitchen there is a wood stove, wooden floor and painted beadboard panels on the walls. There is a gas stove and refrigerator.

The cozy upstairs has wooden floors and open in ridge and white painted panel on the walls. Stove that spreads a wonderful warmth.

In the shower room there is a shower cabin with water heater and water pump from the nearby own well.

The guest house (Attefallshus):

The guest house is located on the highest point of the property with beautiful views of the entire garden and the lake. Here you can sleep well on the loft with room for 4 people.
Note that the guest house does not have electricity.

Guest room:

The guest room is a furnished area in the barn. With the two comfortable bunk
bed the small family can enjoy privacy from the remaining property.

You will have access to the entire property.
As we use the cottage ourselves, we have chosen to put our private belongings in the pantry in the kitchen.
The same applies to the barn, except for the guest house which is on the short side.

The pantry door is locked and so are the barn doors.

Pets:

Pets are warmly welcomed to our cottage. We have a dog ourselves and there is food/water bowl available up there if you happen to forget your own. There is also a sleeping area upstairs.

As for cats, they can of course come along too, but just think about cleaning extra carefully. This because we are allergic.

There are all possibilities to run free on in the garden. Just make sure to pick up their poop afterwards.

We assume that your family member is well-behaved and can be in furnished rooms without damaging the interior.

Sanitation:
There is a shower in the main building. The toilet, a outhouse, is in close proximity to the house.

Cell coverage:

Please check your carriers coverage map making sure if you will have any reception. We are using Tele2/Comviq and have full reception.

Jetty/SUP:

With the cabin there is a private jetty. The jetty is located ca 100m from the cabin on the other side of the road.
(Please note, there is no boat included with the cabin)


SUP:
There is a Stand Up Paddle Board for rent.
Like the boat, you rent it for the complete stay.
