3-bedroom home with flexible bed layout and free, unrestricted parking
A charming and beautifully presented 3-bedroom end-terrace (sleeps 6/7) with all of Harrogate's amenities just a short walk away.
The accommodation is spread over 3 floors with two of the bedrooms each with a Super-King bed (both can be reconfigured into twin beds on request) and a third attic bedroom with a double and small double bed.
The house is situated on a quiet residential street with ample free, unrestricted on-street parking.
Outside there is a large, private area with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining.
The property is located a 15 min walk from all of the attractions that the beautiful spa town of Harrogate has to offer, including King's Road, the Conference Centre, Turkish Baths, Betty's Tea Rooms and Valley Gardens. Both the bus and train station are less than a 15 minute walk away.
If you're in need of an even quicker pint then the property is also less than a 5 minute walk from High Harrogate's pubs (including one of our favourite Tap Houses in Harrogate!), independent shops, supermarkets and eateries.
The Stray (200 acres of grass parkland) is also a 5 minute walk from the property.
The space
The property comprises:
Ground Floor
-Entrance hall with coat hooks and shoe racks, leading to:
-Open plan lounge and dining room
Lounge with seating for up to 7 people, smart TV and wood burning stove (initial fuel provided)
Dining room with extendable dining table and chairs for up to 8 people, sideboard and TV unit containing a selection of games and children's toys
-Steps lead down from the dining room into the kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine
-Under stair storage containing children's highchair, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner etc.
1st Floor
Stairs leading to bedroom 1 and then a further set of stairs lead to a landing, bedroom 2 and family bathroom:
-Bedroom 1 has a Super King bed, mirror, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed can alternatively be configured as 2 twin beds on request, making this property ideal for friends, families, business travellers, and couples alike.
-Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with Super King bed, mirrors, wardrobe and chest of drawers. As with bedroom 1, the bed can alternatively be configured as 2 twin beds on request.
-Bathroom with dual shower over bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Attic
Stairs lead to a pitched attic bedroom which is great for children with 1 double bed and 1 small double bed (both are adjacent to the balustrades; see photos), chest of drawers, hanging rails, velux windows with black-out blinds, and children's reading nook with children’s books.
Linen and towels included.
Outside
Steps lead from the kitchen to a large, private paved outdoor area with ample seating for alfresco dining and socialising. Beyond this area is a further enclosed paved area with herb garden for use in your culinary and cocktail creations!
There is also a lockable outhouse accessible from the outside area which you are welcome to use for storage of bikes or outdoor equipment.
Parking
The property is the end terrace on a quiet residential road which means there is ample free and unrestricted, on-street parking directly alongside and in front of the property.
Guest access
Access via a lockbox after 4pm. Check out by 11am
Other things to note
The property is laid out over 3 floors and there are a number of different levels within the property. There are also some relatively steep stairs (with handrails) so those with mobility issues or children will need to be mindful of this before booking the property.
The beds in the attic room are adjacent to the balustrades (see photos)
