G&R's Holcombe Escape

G&R’s Holcombe Escape is meant for adventure and relaxation! This area offers many outdoor activities year-round, so bring your toys and get ready for a vacation to remember.
This is the ideal home base for family and friends. A large house to relax and enjoy quality time after a day out on the lake, UTV trails, snowmobile trails, or cross-country skiing trails.
There is space to park your boat, snowmobiles, or UTV on property, making a quick hop over to the lake or the trails located nearby.

The space
Walking distance to Eastbay Lodge or The Sand Trap golf course, and a quick drive to many other restaurants and bars.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV w/ Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video, games, central A/C, and in unit laundry.

Sleeping Configuration:
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Living Room: Sectional for extra sleeping space if needed

KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, stove/oven, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, basic condiments and spices

GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, towels & linens, blow dryer, cleaning essentials, high-speed internet, WFH friendly. Washer and dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Gas grill

Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach towels, food and beverages and personal toiletries (toothpaste; etc.)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Minimum age 25 of primary registered guest (some exceptions may be made with positive guest reviews.)
- No additional guests that are not registered. No parties, or large gatherings.

Unit was very old and it had bad delapitated condition of flooring!Unit was clean enough but as you walked around you could feel floor giving away in may spots. Wish there would have been king beds, rooms were big enough to accommodate!Checking was fast and easy and owner was very helpful when we locked ourselves out of unit! Poor quality of floors.

Quiet getaway

Extra Room

Great stay!!!

Very roomy and cozy! Booked for opening fishing weekend and it is a very nice rental. Beds were comfortable and check in was easy. Will definitely be looking to book again next year!

Great cabin close to lake and good fishing

My father and I ended up staying at the cabin for a last-minute decision to go fishing for the weekend. We had a blast and the place was perfect for us. We will for sure be back in the future.

New, open and convenient

This property has a very simple open floor plan that makes visiting with family very easy. The location is both open but private with some spacing between other nearby houses. Much of the furnishings and kitchen seem very new. We look forward to returning to this site when we visit family in the area in the future

Excellent Stay!!!!!!!

The property was VERY CLEAN & well kept. We had GREAT communication with Angle & she answered all our questions & was ready to take care of anything that need attention. She had a book that listed everything about the property along with all the local information on things to do & restaurants. The property does have a huge grill which I used & worked great. The local lodge "Eastbay" had a band playing that we enjoyed & was very close by. We stayed to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary & were VERY HAPPY we chose this property for our stay. If we come back to this area we would stay here again. We do snowmobile & I see there are many trails in the area, so that gives us another option. Thank you Angle for everything & making our stay one we will remember. Thanks for the card also.
