Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This unit was close to the beach, close to everything else on the islands. The communication on how to get into the unit was unclear, and there was a problem where the emergency key lock box had the same combination as for all of the other units. I will say this though, one night there was some sort of electrical shortage that was causing the electricity in the entire block of units to fluctuate wildly. I didn't notice until I got home and it was late but I contacted the emergency number and they had someone out there and it was fixed. I was really surprised at the promptness and they did a great job. I would rent this unit again!

Very nice, very clean nicely furnished. Loved the screened in porch and the heated pool, close to bridge street, the pier and great restairants. the 2 flights of steps were a chore for my 75 yt old legs
