** This listing has a total of 4 Queen sized Stearns & Foster beds, 2 large refrigerator/freezers - one in garage, 3 mini fridges and a chest freezer in the garage.
**There's plenty of storage space and some office furniture and an HP printer is provided.

This home comes with 2 off street parking options (one inside secured garage) which is a 2 car so it can handle a SUV .

Two master bedrooms on 3rd floor (total of 4 queen-sized beds) in a 3 story townhouse with private bathrooms for each and 2nd floor one bedroom apartment with additional full bath. Bedrooms have kitchenette (coffee bar, microwave and freezer/refrigerator) with dishes and flatware service for 4 in each room.

Bedrooms are on the 3rd level so you can relax and have privacy. Home is fully furnished with plenty of linens/laundry care supplies .Rooms have keyed entry and you'll be provided with a garage door opener.

Families with children - (please specify ages/age group) we're within walking distance of plenty of parks and the beach (Ala Moana Beach Park and the Kaka'ako Waterfront Park and just 3 miles from Waikiki! The house is only suitable for children 5 and up. It’s not “baby proofed” for very small children.

Freeway noise very loud
First night we had lots of noise from homeless people breaking into cars and throwing fist fights my husband could take it he left early. I stayed and tried to get to the beach as much as possible it's 15 drive to closes beach and bad parking. The dryer is broken. I'm sorry to say never again will I stay here so very close to freeway.

Good Size for a Larger Group, but I Would Not Go Back Again
This was a good size rental for a larger group. There are two master bedrooms on the 3rd Floor, the first one with one Queen bed, and the other with two, so this room in particular could accommodate a small family. The bedroom on the 2nd Floor was very tiny, and the bathroom was near it, but also directly in the kitchen area, so in essence, it became the communal bathroom, and this, in combination with the full glass doors on this bedroom, did not offer any privacy to it's occupants. The house is comfortable, but is in need of a lot of updates, and I did not find the 2nd floor bathroom to be well cleaned upon our arrival. Our power went out one morning, so we left for a day at the beach. I contacted the property manager/owner to let her know, and although she was helpful in being in communication with the power company, and letting us know how, and at what time the breaker switches needed be re-set, we had to stop our activity abruptly, drive back to the house, and wait for the time of the reset. This caused at least two hours of wasted time on vacation, and I thought it was odd, and not really acceptable that there was not a property manager to take care of this. As the paying guests, I did not feel that we should need to be involved in the resolution of this issue. Further, the property manager told me that these power outages are very common in this area due to the large number of air-conditioning units in each home, so even more reason to have a better system in place. If we had not agreed to do so, or been able to return to the house at the time we did, the power would not be able to be reset and turned back on until we were there to do it, which could have caused the food in the refrigerator to spoil. Also, this house is not in a great area, in fact, you would never know that you are in Hawaii, you could literally be in any city. Be prepared for the very loud sounds of sirens, which definitely increase at night, but seem to be active during the day as well. All in all, the house allowed our extended family of 8 to stay together, but if I were going back to Honolulu, I would not choose to stay here again.
