“The Antigone apartment is so modern, clean and really well equipped. The open-plan living area was spacious with a high-level ceiling, giving it an airy feel. I loved the minimalist design and bright color of the house...it was so cozy and confortable. In few words this Apartment was above expectations but the only negative thing was in the toilet because the wc wasn't stable at all so it was difficult to do our business.”

“My mother and I had a great time staying at Casa d'Irene. It is well located being close to the airport and close to a nice beach and shopping (both under 10 minute drive). The pool at the house is fantastic and the amenities and views are all as advertised. Ownership/Management was also very communicative and attentive to any needs we had and of course great resource of information. If we come to Crete again, we will stay here and recommend Casa d' Irene!”

“The cottage is as pictured in the listing, it is well maintained, very clean, and everything is in working order. The unit is on the ground floor and we didn't hear the neighbors above or next to us. Kalliopi, the owner was kind enough to supply fresh fruit, bread, butter, jam, cheese and meat for our breakfasts for the 3 nights we stayed. It was wonderful to wake up to the sound of birds chirping instead of traffic and city noise! After a day of sightseeing, it was great to come home to this...

“We had a lovely stay. The place is fully equipped and very modern. We loved having our breakfast coffee on the patio. There was parking on site, and you can walk the 15 min to the beach so no parking is not stressful. ”

“Vi var to voksne og tre børn i alderen 9,10 og 12 år, som besøgte Epikur Appartments i august 2017. Vores lejlighed lå på første etage med en dejlig udsigt mod bjerg fra den ene side og den dejlige have fra den anden side. Pantalis og hans kone Christina er utrolig dejlige og gæstfrie mennesker, hvor vi følte os hjemme fra første sekund vi trådte ind af havelågen. Lejlighederne ligger i gåafstand fra den hyggelige lille by Old Herrronissos, og er et centralt udgangspunkt for mange spændende...

"We stayed at the resort for 10 days and overall had a good stay — but it’s not a 5-star resort. The place feels quite run-down, especially the rooms, which haven’t been renovated in many years. Pros: - Very friendly and helpful staff. - Beautiful and well-maintained surroundings. - We were quickly offered a new room when we asked. Highly recommend choosing one with a sea view — others can have a very dull view. - There’s a cozy little backyard area behind Rodius where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. Sadly, it’s often empty since it’s far from the main restaurant. - For the price per night, comparing to many other resort, it is priceworthy. Cons: - The lifeguards are overly strict. I made a small dive in the pool and was immediately whistled at — very uncomfortable. I wasn’t the only one who noticed; several guests felt the same. - The rooms and parts of the hotel feel outdated and in need of renovation. - Half board only includes the main buffet restaurant. Although the buffet is pretty good for being a buffet. Tips: - Rent a car if you want to explore! Avoid Hersonissos — we recommend Piskopiano instead. If you’re traveling with kids, visit Acqua Water Park (5 mins away). For a great beach nearby, go to Potamos. Summary: A good stay overall, but the standard doesn’t match what you’d expect from a 5-star resort. "
