Sunrise Tiny House at Linn Valley Lakes
Welcome to our brand new eco-friendly tiny home nestled in the beautiful and secluded Linn Valley Lakes woods, a private and gated, recreational, residential community located just 45-minutes South of the Kansas City metro area, right off Highway 69. At just over 300 square feet, this "tiny" gem offers a kitchenette, queen bed, full sleeper sofa, and much more!
Guests are welcome to enjoy the community amenities, which include:
MINI GOLF COURSE
Mini Golf is Located by the front gates next to the Tennis Court. Putters and golf balls are available at the POA office or the Guard Shack. Feel free to bring your own if you have them, but be aware, hole 19 will not return your golf ball.
TENNIS COURT
The tennis court is located between the mini golf course and the walking trail.
WALKING TRAIL
Located behind the Memorial Park.
HORSESHOE PITS
Located next to the mini golf course. Horseshoes are available at the POA office.
SHELTER HOUSE
Located behind the Community Center close to Cabin A a playground and the front pool. It is a first come first served shelter, a nice shaded place for family events.
SAND VOLLEYBALL COURT
The Sand Volleyball Court is located behind the Big Pool at the Clubhouse.
POOL
This pool is located behind the Clubhouse. There is also a shower house available at the Clubhouse.
PLAYGROUND
This nice and shaded playground is located behind the Clubhouse next to the Basketball Court.
BASKETBALL COURT
The basketball court is located at the clubhouse.
DEER TRACE RESTAURANT
Located at the Golf Course.
The kitchenette is equipped with an electric cooktop, pots and pans for cooking, a small toaster oven, and a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker (including K cups).
Please note: two vehicles max. No oversized vehicles are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to; trucks, RV's, trailers or any other oversized vehicle requiring more than one parking space.
Please note, the tiny home is located in the woods on a gravel road, and is accessible via gravel only (no stairs). Please use discretion; the property may not be accessible/suitable for those requiring special assistance.

Very cute/nice place! In a lovely community with lots of amenities! We were visiting for Dancefestopia and it was a perfect 10 mins away and just what we needed for the night! Clean, easy to navigate, and easy clean up!

Short Stay but Wonderful!

Quick Getaway
Rented this to be close to the lake (about 10 minutes away) worked perfect for the 4 of us. Although a tiny house, it had everything we needed. Only trouble at all I had was my vehicle didn’t love the incline.
