“This was our second stay at La Boulangerie. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and really felt at home. The cottage is in a quiet location in lovely countryside with beautiful views. Various nice walks are possible from the cottage. It is truly a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to Sue, Paul and Sally for making us feel so welcome!”

“Le gîte est idéalement situé entre la Manche et le Calvados. Le cadre est calme et fort agréable. Nous y avons reçu un très bon accueil. Le logement est très bien équipé. Nous y étions le premier week-end de mai et nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine couverte et du jacuzzi. Nous conservons l’adresse.”

“Great place to stay just be aware of the extra add-ons. If you want sheets for the beds it is extra per person, same if you want them to provide you with towels. If you use the fireplace the wood is extra. Also, you are limited to the amount of electricity you can use or you are charged extra for going over.”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das kleine Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu entdecken und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Wir und auch unserer kleiner Hund haben sich dort sehr wohlgefühlt.”

Il nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux et a bien voulu nous faire visiter son atelier et découvrir ses belles créations malgré un timing serré pour lui. La maison a beaucoup de charme. Elle est bien située, bien équipée, bien entretenue, entourée d'un immense jardin depuis lequel l'on peut admirer les champs à perte de vue, écouter le chant des oiseaux,...

Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig und man ist in ein paar Minuten in Villedieu les Polens wo man die Glockengießerei der NotreDame Glocken besuchen kann. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.”

We visited mont st michel, the normandy landing beaches, barfleur, and by chance also so many other beautiful little places maybe less famous but nontheless intriguing. Our dogs loved the garden! “The property is set well away from the main road and is surrounded by lovely gardens and two ( very ) large lakes. The lakes are full of extremely friendly fish, that are always to be found swimming near the edges of the bank. All of the facilities were of a high standard and everything was very clean and well kept. The location is close to Gavaray, which we visited on more than one occasion.
