Thousand Island Kingston Cozy Two Bedroom Cottage + DINNER & BREAKFAST(EXTRA)

✨We offer food for extra small fee for whoever is interested! (Need to book in advance - message me for info) ✨

This cottage is PERFECT FOR 4 PEOPLE :
2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room.
ADDITIONALLY PROVIDED: queen air mattress which you can place anywhere for additional 2 guests.

Be aware this is not a big cottage, it’s nice and intimate and only has 1 bathroom. If coming with a big group, be aware it’s not a big property!

Please keep in mind that this is a "small intimate cottage" experience. Although the cottage is equipped with AC and heat, it will not be temperature controlled like a home or hotel would be. Usually temperature is good but on very hot or cold days the cottage can be affected! Also be aware that since this is a cottage experience and not a hotel, it also looks this way.

The second floor in which the second bedroom is located has steep stairs which may be challenging for elderly or young children. The ceiling on the second floor is not the highest as shown in photos. It’s perfect just for sleeping in the room.

✨✨✨For your comfort, please keep the door closed at all times to avoid bugs entering the cottage.

Last but not least, the neighbourhood is very nice and quiet but there is a fire station in front of the cottage on the Main Street. 99% of the time people don’t realize so as it barely makes noise but once in a while they will make a little bit of noise / some lights. Bonus side: you’re extra safe 😉

Well, it's definitely a cottage. Basics were provided but windows, air conditioner, floors, garbage can etc were patched up or broken. We had to clean the air filter in the AC from full. Shampoo provided was Top Paw for dogs. It took almost 2 days to cool the place down, it was 44°C when we walked in which is rediculous even for a "cottage". We all had to sleep in 1 room with mattesses pulled off the beds with 4 fans on and the AC to try to sleep.

First of all the cabin was located between two buildings and it was confusing getting to the cabin, no signs at all, had to walk through a long term care facility to get to the cabin. We got to cabin, it WAS NOT like the pictures on website. The cabin was dirty, appliances were filthy, the AC was covered with tape around the window along with the front door which was very unsafe. After seeing all this, we decided not to stay there. This experience was awful and this cabin shouldn't be on your website. We decided to leave cause we didn't feel safe. I would like a full refund. We were extremely disappointed cause we were looking forward to our stay. It also disrupted our vacation. Please look at the pictures below and you will see what I mean. Again, I would like a full refund.

The cottage’s space is good for maximum 4 people. There was only 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, there was airbed which lost air rapidly and single mattress there was no space to put it on the floor a small kitchen table for 4 people. The downstairs bedroom which was a bit bigger didn’t have AC and we could sleep in it, it was too hot, and the upstairs bedroom which had an AC was an attic with a very low ceiling in which we could hardly stand up and not hitting our head. There was no stove, only a small portable electric cooktop which didn’t work properly. The couch was in a terrible condition and worn out and with an armchair was good for only 3 people to sit.

Had a very good stay at this comfy cottage!

Loved our stay! I loved this location as well! Perfectly between Toronto and Montreal! And also close to thousand islands! Loved it! Was very clean and well organized! We chose to also get the food offered for amazing prices! Honestly think this was worth more than what we paid! Thank you for the perfect experience! Definitely hope to get the chance to come back!

Clean and Quaint

Nice Quaint little cottage A little off the beaten path Try not to break your bones going upstairs to the 2nd level loft (stair runners are quite small and steep). Would have been really nice to have a barbecue on the premises. Had a few strangers walking around late at night, I assume from the retirement home next door. Otherwise, it was super clean cozy and quiet.

We spent a night here. The cottage is small but cute and enough for a family. The owner is very friendly and willing to help the traveller. The breakfast was okay and reasonable for the price but could be even better. The area is very quiet especially in week days. You can find a lot picturesque locations in there. I wish I could spend at least a day in that area.

Best comfy cottage

I had an amazing time even tho I stayed for one night I felt very comfortable the cottage was nice and clean and the host hadar was very quick to respond and she also offered me food for a small price couldn’t have asked for any better I truly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and great Value
