“Vi kom sent på kvällen till cancun och ville ha ett hotell nära flygplatsen då vi skulle resa vidare till tulum dagen efter. Tjejen som stod i receptionen på kvällen saknade allt vad som heter service. Vägrade att svara på frågor. Men på morgonen fick vi hjälp av en annan kvinna som var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Vårt rum luktade lite mögel. För övrigt frächt ställe. ”

“If you’re not choosing the beach front apartment - not worth it. You will stay across the road in a building that needs some refreshing for sure. Our room was probably the worst though, it was behind the front desk so definitely felt like a left over room. Our view was over some trash outside of the hotel. Weird smell in the rooms and also walls are extremely thin. Not good value”

"The hotelrooms are really old. We had so many issues with our room so they got a new one. First night the AC was so cold and could not change the temperature (talking about a temperature around 15 c). Next day the toilet was flooded with water coming from the ceiling. Third day at the new room the AC was not working at all. Food was generally good, breakfast one of the best I ever had. The French restaurant and the lobster house were both excellent. Avoid Flavour market (Spanish), worst paella and undercooked potata bravas and squid. Overall the total impression was not good."
