Beautiful newly refinished Home with easy access to Lethbridge with lake close.

This lovely newly refinished bi-level duplex is within walking distance of the historic Henderson Lake Park in central Lethbridge. You get new flooring, new furniture, new paint, newly stocked, etc. It's all beautiful and clean.
It is also close to all major roads so you will be able to easily get where ever you need to in the City. The duplex has 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6 and has 1 & 1/2 baths, with a large living room, kitchen, and dining area. The Laundry is just off the kitchen for convenience and ease. The bedrooms are all on the lower level and have nice large windows to help you not feel like you are on the lower level at all.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. There is also parking at the rear of the property under a carport.
Enjoy a small back deck with a BBQ to hang out in the evenings or morning coffee, located at the back of the house under a roof.

Very clean

The property is older but has been nicely renovated leaving some of the original charm. Roomy and comfortable living room. Kitchen is a bit smaller but has all you need. Bedrooms are in the basement but have large above grade windows. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Great property

Property is clean, well laid out and perfect for a family stay. Really appreciated the snow removal in the back for off street parking and being able to plug the vehicle in (-40) Location is so easy for accessing off the hi-way for out of towners. Close to the lake and the exhibition grounds. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely book again.
