There is a shower/WC on the main level. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a steep stair, is a large playroom with a hydro massage bath. The upper floor, also accessed by a steep stair, features a gallery with sloping ceilings and a curtain, containing one bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Additionally, there are three bedrooms on this floor: one with sloping ceilings and one bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), another with sloping ceilings and one double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and the third with sloping ceilings and two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), gas heater, and air conditioning.
