Elegant 3Bedroom Retreat Minutes from Canary Wharf
Nestled in a quiet and residential area close to Canary Wharf, this cosy home is ideal to relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Equipped with everything that you would need to feel right at home in this 3 storey house with a separate living room and an open plan kitchen diner with skylights and glass sliding door leading into the private garden.
You will have full private access to the entire house.
Upstairs on the 1st floor, is a master bedroom with a double bed, a small double bedroom with a double sofabed, work desk and chair, and a full family bathroom.
On the 2nd floor is a further double bedroom with skylights giving plenty of light in, with either a King bed or Twins (x2 singles) and a double sofabed. Please specify if you require a twin (x2 singles) or 1 king bed upon booking so they can be set up for you in advance or they would be setup as a King by default.
Sleeping arrangements:
Master bedroom: Queen Bed, 160cm
Bedroom 2: SofaBed (double), 140cm (please specify if this is needed upon booking)
Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed or x2 single beds, 165cm/ 2x 82cm (please specify your preference upon booking) AND x1 Sofa Bed (double) 160cm

Paid parking is available upon request at £5/day. Please request this upon booking & let us have the vehicle registration number/s!
Baby cot - A Travel Cot is available upon request at £75 per stay. Please request this upon booking!
Baby High Chair - Is available upon request at £50 per stay. Please request this upon booking!
Located within a 5 mins short walk to the Mudchute DLR train station for ease of getting around London!
PARKING: On street permit parking is available (first come first served) for £5 per day, free on weekends and between 6pm-8am. Please request this in advance for permit activation.
Situated a few mins short walk to Mudchute DLR station, a short hop would lead you to Canary Wharf in just a few mins where a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shopping awaits or if you feel incline to walk is also not too far away. Super easy access to many buses on the main road too.
Note that a fully refundable security deposit of GBP300 by bank transfer, card or via Airbnb is required prior to check-in.
- No birthdays, events, parties, hen or stag dos.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking indoors, only outside of property.
- No shoes in the apartment.
- Quiet time between 10pm - 8am.
- Local bookings in London would not be entertained.
- Booker needs to be at least 21 years of age.
- Government ID (with verified address) must be supplied prior to your check-in for verification as per UK Tourism rules.
- Our Terms of Service must be signed at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
- A fully refundable security deposit of £300 by bank transfer, card or via Airbnb is required prior to check-in.
- We DO NOT cater for any parties or events at our properties. Noise monitoring devices installed within the property to detect any excessive noise nuisance. If excessive noise above the threshold is detected, our guests would be asked to leave immediately, their stay forfeited and no refunds would be given as per our Terms of Service.
