The place we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures advertised on this app. We had a fridge for a bedside cabinet and the bathroom could do with some attention - both maintenance and cleanliness. The parking they advertise is on street parking which isn’t available until after 5:30pm and you have to move your car by 8:30am during the week. However, the staff were really helpful and answered all our questions.

It’s not a hotel ! No reception. It’s a dirty place—full of bugs and stains everywhere—that must be sublet. Stay away!!! It’s a scam.

The worst place I have stated since the late 1980's. Im sure this is a multi floor HMO. I'm not wasting good time listing all the issues. Everything wrong with it. No plus points at all. Only stayed 2 nights out of 3 I paid and moved elsewhere.

Great location with very friendly and helpful staff who were responsive to any inquiries or requests. The connected restaurant was also top notch and highly recommended. This place is a good value for such a thriving and fun part of London, just make sure to read the check in instructions.

I had an amazing stay at Shuteyes in London! The boutique accommodation was cozy, beautifully designed, and offered all the modern amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions but still quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Highly recommend!

The entrance is a scruffy looking door in the side of a building. I wasn't sent door access ahead of time so was unable to get access to the property. It took half an hour for the property owners to get back to me, by which time I'd made alternative accomodation. The property owner has since refused to refund me. If you want to stay in the area, I recommend Central Hoxton Shoreditch. They actually have a front door and a reception, with someone I could speak to.

I really enjoyed the overall room and it worked well. The owner themselves were very forthcoming in making sure I was okay and everything was to my liking. I would recommend staying here. Especially for the price.

Was literally the last place available

A group of flats above a Thai restaurant. Scetchy as f*** alleyway to get in, and three door codes. Would personally not ever think of staying here again.

Couldn’t travel- Yes .. it was no cancellation. But we had very legitimate family reasons for not travelling which involved a bereavement. Pleaded very very well in advance through hotels.com ( who said they did their best to come to some arrangement but no joy whatsoever) ah well - definitely lesson learned.

Ease of access.

Should have put the side street it was on it would have been easier to find . You had to put 6 digits codes in three different doors to get in and get to your room . Keys or key cards would ha ve been easier.

Noisy

It is what it is - the people are nice - but it is not a hotel. It is extremely loud and noisy as the walls are very thin. It served our purpose fine as we were not that much home, but the noise in the late night were rather extreme.
