“Excellent service from the start. I had request a slightly earlier check in as i was traveling from Glasgow, my room had been cleaned to an exceptionally high standard for my arrival. This was greatly appreciated as I had travelled to attend a funeral service. The hotel is only a 2 min walk from Cleethorpes railway station, so very easy to find and get to. The hotel is immaculate and beds are comfortable. Great local hotel. 5* ”

“Large shared kitchen with excellent facilities. Single bedroom had plenty of space and in the back of the property so quiet. Doors are noisy when they close. Could have done with a bedside table and hook on the back of bathroom door for towels. So tiny things would make it perfect but this was a great place to stay.”

“Stayed in the big family room on the top floor Sun 11th Feb with my wife, daughter and dog. The room was very clean, huge smart TV, tea/coffee facilities and very spacious! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Lynn, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful.. showed me around all the facilities and showed us how to use the key codes. “Fantastic lodge, clean, warm and quiet. Quick replies to questions. You don't need to message about parking or a code to get in. Wait for a email an hour after booking. If booking at short notice your name won't be on the room list so you have to phone them. Only downside. Fridge and microwave with cutlery downstairs. ”

“The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.”

“Wow what a find,bungalow is great,but it’s the garden which makes this property so fantastic-so pretty and soooo big.everything you need is at the property.perfect place to drive to the near by seaside resorts with all the hustle and bustle then back to the peace and quiet of the countryside! Went with children 5 and 15 plus the dog,garden all fenced off for everyone to be safe and secure.
