The Space:
Indoors: The villa spans three floors, boasting a total of 4 bedrooms. The ground floor, accessible via 24 steps from the parking area, welcomes visitors with a bright living area, a dining area with a kitchen corner, and a double bedroom complete with a private bathroom featuring a shower and a jacuzzi. The ground floor also opens up to a large, furnished terrace offering panoramic sea views.

Moving to the first floor, accessible via 17 steps, there is a spacious dining area with a kitchen corner. This level provides access to a terrace that offers sweeping views of the sea, leading to a section of the garden equipped with a stone barbecue. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a bathroom with a shower, is conveniently located on this floor. The second floor, accessible via 15 steps, features a double bedroom with a private panoramic terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There are also two additional double bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Outdoors: Spread across different levels, Villa Nausicaa allows guests to indulge in the beauty of the surroundings. The outdoor space is meticulously landscaped, featuring paved terracing that surrounds a private pool. The outdoor areas are furnished for both sunbathing and al fresco dining, providing the perfect setting to enjoy the mesmerizing views of the sea.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in Nerano, Villa Nausicaa offers a charming retreat amidst the captivating landscapes of the Sorrentine Peninsula. Guests can explore the nearby town of Massa Lubrense with local shops, savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie, and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is located 1.2 kilometers away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 16 kilometers away. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is located approximately 23 kilometers away.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
