“Ghostly goings on, locking the door with no key meant I had to change rooms. Which was a real shame as the room looked amazing. New room still very good. Team friendly, no food being served so had to do a quick walk into the town, but plenty of choices available so it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast basket is ok but my preference is for some sort of cooked breakfast but again not a deal breaker.”

“Very large comfortable room and great pub with good food and service. Room was heavily fragranced upon arrival so needed airing. Definitely recommend. The Tide Mill, river walk and Longboat area well worth visiting. ”

“Very welcoming & friendly staff, clean room & comfortable bed, breakfast was excellent with a choice of menu. My only concern was our window would Not stay open & we were very hot during the night although a fan was in the room could not sleep with it on, In the morning very little hot water pressure, this could be the someone else had the hot water running at the same time, these were very small negatives but would definitely stay here again ”

“Little gem of a place, very good value. Room was basic but clean, and with a balcony and a view what more do you need? Very warm welcome. Breakfast not included but you can get it in the bar after 10. ”

“Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were amazing ,super king size bed too ,which was so comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant,so much choice and cooked to perfection.We will be returning in the future ,that's for sure 😊”

“This apartment is of the very highest standard. Beautifully decorated, with everything you would ever need! The location is 2 mins walk to the town or beach. Although there is no parking at the property, there was lots of parking 1 min walk away. Highly recommended! ”
