This unit is within walking distance to restaurants and shops in the Old Village and less than a mile from Shem Creek. This historic townhome is centrally located and is four miles to Sullivan’s Island beach and six miles to downtown Charleston.

These units are small cottages, so not equipped for 6 adults but you could fit 4 adults and 2 kids.
