Old Naples Luxury Retreat

Detta vackra, moderna design, professionellt inredda och nybyggda (2012) hus i Gamla Neapel har 5 sovrum plus ett hål och 4,5 badrum. (Sovplatser 8-12). Huset ligger i en vacker och lugn familjevänlig del av Gamla Neapel omgiven av vackra träd och fri från transittrafik och buller från landning av flyghantverk. Det är en 10 minuters promenad till stranden och till den perfekta inställningen för din familj eller företagens reträtt.

HUVUDVÅNING:
Huvudplanen har sovrummet, med 2 klädkammare och master badrummet med separata handfat. Den har ett stort vardagsrum + kök som förbinder till utsidan med skjutdörrar vilket gör det möjligt att omvandla området till ett stort inuti / utrymmesrum. Gourmet köket har dubbla diskmaskiner (Miele), dubbla ugnar (Viking), dubbla handfat, kaffebryggare (Miele) och en gasspis (Viking). Det finns trägolv, walk-in vinkällare, plasma-tv med surroundljud och tvättstuga.

POOL & GARDEN:
Utanför området har en uppvärmd uppvärmd pool med solhylla och anpassat uppvärmt spa. Det finns en täckt utomhus avkopplande / TV-område med en gas spis och ett täckt matplats med utsikt över poolen. Det finns ett utekök med en gasgrill (Viking), kylskåp och diskbänk. Elektriska skärmar kan dras ner skydda utsidan från mygga på natten.

ÖVERVÅNING:
Den övre våningen har fyra sovrum med king size-sängar, där två av rummen har trägolv, eget badrum och två av rummen delar ett badrum, men har klädkammare. Det finns en balkong med sittgrupp utanför och en TV / avkopplande område inuti plus tvättstuga.

ANDRA
Huset har ett bilverkstäder med två bilar med gott om förvaring och snabbaste internetuppkoppling i Neapel (WIFI). Huset är byggt i betongblock med rökdetektorer. Det finns ett litet gym och ett pingisbord i garaget.

Wonderful Time Away

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at the Ridge Lakes property. The house is on a quiet street, there was some construction going on down the street but we really couldn't hear any noise. The house feels much larger than the pictures. It's really the perfect location close to grocery shopping and getting around Naples. Oskar and his team were wonderful and responded to all communication in a professional and timely manner. We've stayed at other Old Naples properties and this was one of our favorites! Highly recommend.

Fantastic home, walkable to town and the beach

This is a high end quality home that was great for our family. We walked to 5th Ave everyday in the mornings and took the bikes they provided to the beach often. Beautiful home, wonderful pool, friendly manager, and very spacious. 3 amazing bedrooms and 2 more that work well for kids. Kitchen was wonderful, screened in porch was amazing to not have to deal with mosquitos. Nice neighbors. Hope to come back again!

Wonderful property!

This is a beautiful, large home (5 bedrooms) in Old Naples. Close to the beach (10 minute walk), close to downtown, and in a wonderful, friendly neighborhood. Property is quite private in the pool area, the kitchen is well furnished, and overall it cannot be beat!

Excellent vacation in this wonderful home

My fiancé and I rented this property to have a small, intimate wedding reception with close family and friends. The owner, Oskar, was extremely responsive and so helpful leading up to and during our stay. The house exceeded our expectations in every way and it will always have a special place in our hearts given the nature of our stay. We would strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a top-of-the-line home for their next getaway in Naples.

STUNNING

All we can say is WOW! This property and the owners went above and beyond to welcome us into their home and make us feel comfortable. This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, had everything you would need and more! The backyard is so private and you feel your at a resort on a Caribbean island. The owners are super responsive to any questions, there were beach cruisers, the street is super quiet and very homey! The beach is so close you can walk or bike, your near everything although you wont even want to leave the house that's how awesome it is! I cant say enough good things about our experience at this property, the house is stunning! I didn't want to leave when our stay was up, and my only complaint is that its already booked for when we return and I'm not surprised. Once you stay here you wont want to stay anywhere else. The house is big, but comfortable. Luxurious yet beachy too! From tons of beach towels, to bikes to extra sheets, two washers and dryers, EVERYTHING you need and more. I can go on and on about this house and the experience all day long, it will not disappoint!!! Thank you to Oskar and Adrian for making our trip/stay so memorable I cant wait to come back! Your home is amazing thank you for sharing it with us :)

Lovely, spacious home with outstanding amenities

We just wrapped up our 2-week stay in this home & i cannot say enough wonderful things about both the house, homeowner, & property manager. We rented the home so 2 families from WI & OH could escape the winter & spend quality time together and this home gave us just that & more! This home is super spacious. The rooms are large with en-suite baths. The kitchen, living, & dining is open & great for everyone in your family or group to enjoy being together. The outdoor living is where we spent most of our time together. Pool & spa as well as pool toys, lounge chairs, and towels provided made us feel like we were at a 5 star resort but had it all to ourselves. The backyard is beautifully landscaped & very private. Both housekeeping & pool maintenance took great care in doing their work. Oskar & Adrian were attentive & responsive if needed. This is the kind of place you can drop your bags & immediately start your vacation! The kitchen is fully stocked. Anything you need to cook or bake is there. The home is well maintained. The interior is beautifully designed. The house has been kept very clean! That is something that is super important to me. We are already discussing a possible return for next year.

ANOTHER GREAT STAY

Once again,another great stay at Oscar's house in Naples.The communication with Oscar and his local manager Adrian was outstanding.When minor issues arose nothing was too much trouble for them to resolve quickly and efficiently. The house is extremely light and spacious with a fabulous pool and the maintenance of the house,pool and gardens was excellent.This is an ideal home in which family of all ages can feel relaxed and comfortable. The location is on the doorstep of wonderful beaches and downtown Naples with an endless choice of great restaurants.We would all recommend Oscar's home without hesitation and look forward to returning. Wonderful property - exceeded expectations.

My family and I had a wonderful two week stay. We spent most of our time in the back yard. Great to have all of the covered outdoor living space! On the way to the airport, our son was already lobbying for another Naples vacation next year - at the same house!
