DON’T STAY HERE Unless It’s your last option
I’ve NEVER written a bad review but I have to save others from wasting their money when Nashville has so many other options. There were a lot of little things that were wrong but the main things were:Falling apart and stained furniture. One couch was so gross we didn’t sit on it. The table was wobbly and crooked, one couch was broken. The furniture outside has no cushions, which would be fine if it was comfortable without it. No water pressure because the shower heads are clogged and gross. The tub was clogged but they sent maintenance for that The bottom floor bedroom has no way to regulate temperature so it was too cold to sleep in. The karaoke machine was broken. The televisions don’t work. The bunk bed mattresses were uncomfortable and loud.Management stopped responding when I asked for them to give a partial refund to make it right. He didn’t even apologize about any of the complaints, just said thanks for letting me know. I’m fair and laid back and wouldn’t have even left a review if they would have apologized and said they would fix it all for future guests. Even if he said a partial refund wasn’t possible but they were actually sorry I would have appreciated that, but I got silence. There were ants upstairs on our last night so management didn’t have enough time to address that while we were there, but hopefully they would have. The area looks shady but the neighbors were all nice and we felt safe. I wouldn’t rent from any houses under Nashrentals again.
