Sleeping Arrangements: This spacious home offers 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The two bedrooms with king-sized beds each feature a private bath for added privacy and comfort. The other two bedrooms each have queen-sized beds, perfect for additional guests or family members. With the ability to accommodate up to 8 guests, everyone will have plenty of room to spread out and relax.
Bathrooms & Showers: All bathrooms come equipped with hot and cold showers. For your convenience, there’s also an outdoor shower located beneath the home, ideal for rinsing off after a day spent at the beach.
Living & Dining: The living area is open and spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone to gather and relax. There’s a large TV in every bedroom, so no one will miss their favorite show. The kitchen is fully stocked and designed for easy meal preparation, with all the appliances and utensils you need to create delicious meals. The dining area is wide and comfortable, perfect for family meals or a group gathering.

Limit of 2 dogs with a combined weight of no more than 80 lbs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking. If more than 2 dogs are brought, a $500 pet fee will be charged. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Dogs must be up to date on all vaccines and on a flea and tick prevention regimen. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Failure to follow this will result in additional cleaning charges. The home does not include a crate, so please plan accordingly if you have an anxious pet. This helps prevent harm to your pet and potential damage to the home. Strict no-cat policy. Cats are not allowed in the home.
