Great property with two minute walk to the beach. Location was clean and utility closet was convenient to keep our beach items somewhere other than in the unit. Plenty of good options for restaurants within walking distance. Great week and looking forward to returning next summer!

Amazing stay! Great location. The only negative was the master bed should probably be replaced. Sinking in the middle. Other than that, 5 stars! Thank you so much for the great memories!

I cannot say enough about how FANTASTIC our stay was!!! Everything was just as it shows in the pictures (even better), it was clean, it was easy to get in and out, there were thoughtful little touches, and it was truly the highlight of our trip! The description says half block to the beach but it’s more like right “at” the beach! Walking distance to EVERYTHING! I was with one other adult and 5 16 & 17 year olds who are hard to please. I HIGHLY recommend and hope to return to the same property next year. The management company is very nice, responsive and super easy to communicate with. They made everything a breeze and being my first time using VRBO, this would be a hard experience and property to top. 5 stars and high recommendation

Awesome location

Our entire family loved the location of this property. The balcony was great. We definitely enjoyed sitting outside together. We were also very close to many great restaurants and amenities. The main living area was alittle small but would definitely consider staying in this property again.

Perfect location

Perfect location, 1/2 block from the beach, 2 parking spots! Quality beach chairs and umbrella for use. My only complaint not really a complaint is the softness of the bed. Soft is not my preference. Will consider again for next year!

Great location

We Had our teenage kids and it was perfect distance to the beach and centrally located. Well kept place and I appreciate the noise machines in the bedrooms and that hand soaps and shampoos were available to use.

There was plenty of room in this property. However it could use some updating. The carpeting especially on the stairs is very stained. The furniture in the living room is very difficult to sit on. Basic cleanliness is lacking

Nice place to stay worked out well.

Needed a place to stay for a few days and was able to rent this place last minute. Close to the beach and found a new place to eat right across the street at Saltwater 75.

Property as advertised

The proper is in a great location and as advertised. The electronic door lock is a great idea and was the best “check in” process. Unit was clean and well kept. Our family of 5 had more than enough space. The storage unit in the parking space for beach items was great and it was a pleasant surprise to find multiple items to use on the beach. I will be saving this listing and plan to rent again.

Perfect property

This property is perfect for a family of 5 adults. Everything is well maintained. There is plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Beach access is great and the location is nice and quiet. The outside storage unit is a bonus...save on lugging things to the beach every day.

Our week was perfect. We checked in on time place was ready for Us! Townhome Location neighbors 2 balconies! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. This was our first trip with my mom Sfrwr losing our dad last August. Thank you for helping us addd another wonderful tradition!

Storage closet was a major plus!!

We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Teal 4. The property is a bit more run down that the photos imply but it looks like they are updating a little at a time which is great. The entrance through the courtyard was great since it felt a bit safer than having your entrance face a public road. There is also a storage unit for all of your beach gear so that you don't have to lug it up to the condo or keep it in your car - this was our first year with that (our family has come to OC every year for 30 years) and it was a MAJOR plus in our books. Kept the condo from getting cluttered and the car from getting smelly. There was a mix up with the code to get in when we arrived but the property manager was able to help us get that figured out. There didn't seem to be a process for a lost storage unit key (we found it before we left - lol) so that was a bit stressful. All in all, it was a nice place to stay for a beach week.

Vacation with family

Very easy to work with the rental management company and access to the rental and receiving our linens. Great place for two teens and a tween to enjoy, especially being close to the beach and shopping at Quiet Storm Surf Shop.

Great weekend spot

Very good spot to spend a long weekend. Plenty of space for the group and an awesome deck. The short walk to the beach and ease of parking were definitely the two biggest selling points for us returning. Thanks for a great weekend!

Fantastic Girls Weekend!

Had a fantastic Girls Weekend at this property! The location was great and perfect for what we were looking for! It was only a few steps to the beach. The place was clean and comfortable. It was also within walking distance to a few restaurants. Neighbors in the same complex were friendly. The property manager was available for questions. The check in and check out process was super easy. It was also very easy to get in and out of the place. There was a little parking garage under the units. We brought our own towels and linen. Would stay again!

Great time in OC!

Thie location and amenities had everything our family needed. So close to beach access and the two levels were perfect for my husband and I with four teenage girl’s! Already talking about booking again next year!
