“Great location right on the beach. The view from the balcony is great and it's far enough away from the pool so that you can't hear the when the kids are playing. You can tell it's been updated recently and it looks better than the pictures. In addition, the shower water pressure is AMAZING and the towels are super soft. It's on a nice part of the beach, a little busy but far enough away from the big spring break crowds that it's not crazy. Having access to the building's umbrella and chairs set...

“Location was great, I loved the walkway to get to the beach, and restaurants, shopping and the pier are close via the walkway. The place was super clean. My wishes would be a softer bed (all were harder, but bearable), enough warm water in the shower (ran out within 10 min all 3 days we were there), and maybe a list of things recommended to do in the area? Its always nice to hear what the host thinks is fun. We relied on Yelp, and weren't disappointed, but we had to look for specifics. Not sure...

“Almost totallly perfect!!! The king bed in the master bedroom sags in the middle and the sheets do not stay on the bed. Also the television in the living room area does not have a remote that works. At first we could only access hunting channels. Then we found ION. Needs to be fixed. It is not the battery.”

And a quick word about the overall property location, Every morning a man diligently cleaned the pool, pool deck and hot tub. I later seen him cleaning the elevator area. He was polite as well. These are seemingly normal, but it's something I've observed larger, more expensive resorts...

“Had an incredible time here. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. I saw a couple reviews where people complained about the carpet and a few scuffs in the paint. It’s a condo. On the beach. You’re gonna get some wear and tear. And who is spending that much time inside anyway? Go hit that beach chair, listen to the ocean and enjoy yourself. If you have enough time to complain about trivial stuff like that, you’re not vacationing right. I suggest you take 3 margaritas and reevaluate...
