This experience has been very disappointing from the initial confirmation and booking, to the entry into the premises. ‱ There was a clear cut misrepresentation of the location of the home. The actual location was further from the Disney Parks then what was displayed online. Housekeeping was just starting to clean house upon arrival at 3:45pm, with check-in at 4;00pm The house has 2 HVAC's systems. The AC was not working downstairs, when we entered the house it was over 89*. The Thermostat downstairs was not even working,w which was conveyed to us by Maintenance. Garbage cans in front of the house were overflowing with trash all over driveway. The Game room audio was not functioning, with a letter from maintenance department dated 14 April, saying they could not get into the house to address the issue. It took us 60 minutes to fix the audio portion if the4 sound-system.. The fans downstairs were another issue. The fan in the downstairs bedroom blew dust all over the bedroom when we engaged it. . Clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time The blinds going out to the pool were missing over 20 blades and would not open or close, as they were missing the string to open and close The pool was full of leaves, clearly indicating no one had cleaned the pool prior to our arrival Everything about this house was misrepresented, I would have been better off getting rooms on Dsney site. A waste of money

Not As Close as the listing Says

The house was nice. But it was not in the neighborhood that they said it was in. They said they did that for safety, but you can list the correct neighbor hood for people to be able to plan travel etc. In the map portion of the listing it says it is walkable to Disney... It is not. please note this is in the "Reunion Resort" not Lake Buena Vista or anywhere near there. Communication with the team was not great. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was not, verified by the man there to service the pool, that the tanks were empty. I messaged about that and was told they need to talk to management about a partial refund... I have yet to hear back on if that refund is happening. In Short... Beautiful house if you want to stay in Florida... if you plan on going to Disney... Make sure you have a car or lyft/Uber time/money, because it is not walkable.

House was very nice, very clean, tastefully decorated and as shown on profile pics. In a resort but no access to amenities like water park, golf course or park shuttles. Some issues with instructions and communication which created minor inconveniences. Minor maintenance issues like cable service not working for first 2 days then when restored issues with TVs and remotes. Fridge needed new filter. Only one bath and hand towel per guest so doing laundry daily from arrival. Lastly, host fees were the worst I have experienced and I still cannot justify some of them. All in all a good house but fees, maintenance and instructions/ communications could be better.
