- well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates),

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

## Neighborhood

Located on the left side of the river Seine, this flat benefits from an exceptional location, 15 min away from the Invalides and Rodin museum, Saint-Germain-des-Près, Champ-de-Mars and Eiffel Tower, or even Luxembourg Garden. You will also be close to several living areas, such as Rue de la Gaieté, famous for its theaters, or the Bon Marché, the mythic department store from the Left Side. You will as well find a lot of restaurants, cafés and shops around the place. Lastly, thanks to the metro located just nearby, you will easily access all the other Parisian monuments.
