Beautiful and large loft-style apartment, 90mÂČ, very bright, quiet street. 2 minutes from the Hoche metro, 5 minutes from the rer E, 15 minutes on foot from the Philharmonic, the Villette and the city of science along the Canal de l'Ourq, 1 minute from the Center National de la Danse, surrounded by the HermĂšs offices. Food shops less than 1 minute away on foot (bakery, butcher, cheese maker, wine cellars, organic stores, pretty market, Franprix and supermarket).
Pantin's golden triangle is a booming, young and artistic district. Pantin is both relaxing and dynamic. Many trendy places. We have good addresses to share. We love Pantin and we find many advantages there, both close to the center of Paris (15 minutes from RĂ©publique by metro) and far from the crowds. You will feel good there! When the days get hot this apartment is very relaxing with its coolness.
Our apartment is non-smoking and does not accept animals.
Two bedrooms (beds 160). Large living space with open and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher) A bathroom with toilet. Wifi back from middle of September.
In the basement: sofa bed (the basement is an open space), 2nd toilet + washbasin + lingerie.
The opening of the stairs is steep, so we recommend that children are not too small.
An eco-garden is located behind our building, it is very pleasant (picnic, games for children).

This apartment is where we live, we really care about it. It is an old Felix Potin shop from the 1920s, we have kept its character as much as possible.
We wanted the person in charge of the apartment during our absence to be present at each arrival and each departure. Also, if your arrival or departure does not fall within the proposed time slot, please notify us as soon as possible; there will then be an additional €20 charge for the organisation. Thank you for understanding.
We calculate the cleaning price based on the number of days and the number of people, this includes sheets and towels, on your arrival the beds are made.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Metro war gleich ums Eck, sowie einige gute Restaurants und SupermĂ€rkte. FrĂŒh war der BĂ€cker auch nicht zu weit. Parkplatz gab es keinen aber bei einem Ibis Hotel, das ca 10 min zu Fuß weg war, konnte man sich einmieten. Die Lage war auch sehr ruhig.

We had a great week with several visits to the city and surrounding places of interest.The apartment is nicely designed. A little bit better equipped kitchen would've been nice.Unfortunately the record player wasn't working - I would have liked to hear some of the well sorted record collection.

I'm Japanese. The facility was probably originally a renovated shop, so I had a very stylish and comfortable stay. It was clean and I was able to use the kitchen without any problems. However, I was concerned that the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The surrounding area was unsafe in some places, and the sidewalks were not very clean. However, there were some places in Paris that weren't very clean, so maybe that can't be helped. Overall it was a very good facility. thanks.

Olympics 2024

We had a fabulous stay in Paris for the 2024 Olympics. We are a family of five adults and the appt was a perfect size. There is shops and bakeries nearby and the appt is well linked to transport though not in central Paris. The apartment was comfortable and is decorated in a unique way.

Perfect Apartment to explore Paris

We were a family with 3 children (7, 12, 16) and enjoyed the urban atmosphĂšre of the multiculturel district. The apartement is clean, comfortable and with a special urban character. Bakeries and restaurants are only a few minutes away as well as the metro station. Check in and Check out were completely uncomplicated.

Looks Can Be Deceiving

We gave Camille our flight number and despite that, we received a bill because her assistant had to wait for us for "3 hours". First of all, paying her assistant is her responsibility. She also gave us the wrong address so we wound up going to Paris instead of Pantin, where the apartment is located. Also, there were delays due to the worldwide Internet outage. Camille, you and your assistant should have tracked the flight and you also need to leave a lockbox with they key so that your guests can check in whenever they arrive. We do not need a live person to check in which adds to the cost of the stay. Also, the place is older than the pictures made us perceive.

Pantin is for families

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the very chic apartment. Very close to commodities and metro we had an easy stay in Pantin/Paris. The apartment is spacious, clean and loved the deco.

Pantin - Vorort mit kleinen Restaurants und GeschÀften

Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell im Pariser Stadtzentrum. Die Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar und verhandlungsbereit, was die Ankunfts- und Abreisezeiten angeht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll dekoriert. (Die Deckenlampe in Form eines Wals war das Highlight fĂŒr meine Tochter.) Die KĂŒche ist einfach ausgestattet, aber gut genug, um FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen fĂŒr die Familie zuzubereiten.

Pleasantly surprised

The apartment was quite charming, very comfortable . Enjoyed the neighborhood pleasantly surprised that there were so many conveniences so close and easy walk too. Convenience, stores markets, grocery bakery, even a shopping mall, transportation stations, lovely restaurants, all within a few minutes 4.5 stars.

Family holiday

We enjoyed our time in the apartment. The owner and the couple that run it for them were wonderful. We really appreciated the early check in as one of our group was unwell. The apartment is not 5 star but it has everything you need and is good value for what you pay. You can buy groceries and fresh baked goods one minute from the apartment. We would recommend it to anyone looking to have a home away from home holiday.

superbe appartement

trÚs bel appartement, trÚs original vintage, spacieux, bien chauffé. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée. TrÚs proche du métro 5 à pied. Les commerces sont à proximité: boulangeries, petite supérette, épicerie de nuit 7/7. Bon accueil et guidance pour l'arrivée. Document sur place pour donner des explications sur l'appartement et conseils sur ce qu'il y a à voir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

It's a quaint apartment a little outside central Paris. There's not too much around this part of Paris, but easy to get anywhere. Apartment was a little quirky, and had its charms. Bathroom was fine. Kitchen was basic which we didn't really use. For a short stay it suited us (2 adults and 3 kids)

Welcoming Property

As a family of 6 we were struggling to find somewhere affordable to stay in Paris. We came across this property and chose it based on reviews and proximity to public transportation. When we travel we solely rely on public transportation and we’re able to stick to that with ease! It does take a bit of time to get downtown but it was absolutely worth it for us. There is an AMAZING bakery right down the street from the apartment as well as many restaurants and a grocery store (one restaurant right across the street). Our kids loved playing with the toys at the house! The shower is also so nice that you will never want to get out. The host is a wonderful communicator and is so friendly and easy to get ahold of if need be. I absolutely recommend this property!

Very bad

We had a great stay, until money was suddenly deducted from our account. They will do whatever they can charge. After our stay, an amount of cleaning costs will be deducted from the account. What has not been agreed. You will also be charged for something we did not do. In short, people who are only after money. Do not book!!!

Retro Apartment

This property is very spacious. Lots of room to move around. Ground floor is literally ground floor. You are on a street corner with lots of traffic and people walking by. so it is noisy certain times of day especially into the evening. People will walk by and look in even though there are curtains. The location is great so if you don’t mind wearing earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We could have used more towels, maybe a coffee pot or toaster. Some of the kitchen stuff could be updated such as a good knife to cut a baguette. The beds are extremely firm so if you don’t like that I wouldn’t recommend. If you are looking for a great location with amazing bakery’s or coffee shops it’s a minute walk or right across the street. Train station isn’t far at all. Even though there were some cons to the property overall it was good.
