Located on the 5th floor and easily accessible by lift, the apartment boasts an open floor plan designed for comfort and style. The living area features a cosy sofa, a wide-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four, making it a great space to unwind. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy fresh air and a peaceful outdoor retreat.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a dishwasher is provided for easy cleanup, along with ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, a balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable queen-sized bed. Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a refreshing stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in Vila Nova de Gaia, a vibrant area known for its rich cultural and recreational offerings. A short distance away, you'll find the renowned port wine cellars, where visitors can indulge in wine tastings and learn about the region's winemaking heritage.

The scenic Cais de Gaia offers picturesque views of the Douro River and the historic centre of Porto, making it a perfect spot for leisurely strolls. For shopping enthusiasts, the El Corte Inglés Gaia Porto is nearby, providing a wide range of products from fashion to gourmet food.

Nature lovers can visit Lavandeira Park, a beautifully landscaped green space ideal for walks and relaxation. Additionally, the area boasts a variety of restaurants, cafés, and local markets, offering a taste of authentic Portuguese cuisine and culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, João de Deus, is just a 12-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
