A 4 level apartment, in one of Queenstown's most sought after locations will take your breath away with its postcard views!
"Queenstown View - The Lookout Point"- a modern & spacious apartment is located on Queenstown Hill. A 5 minute drive to downtown Queenstown. Well designed to bask in the space & light of its spectacular locale - this is paradise for travellers.
The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Laundry. Open plan living with balcony, dining & kitchen. Sleeps 6.

The Space:
Not only will you wake up to the iconic Remarkables view everyday; this modern 100m2 apartment has everything to make you effortlessly ease into Queenstown life!

Occupancy for 6 Guests
- Level 1 : A spacious Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom

- Level 2: Features a double bedroom, the main bathroom & laundry (utility room)

- Level 3: Entrance - Be welcomed into the apartment's open plan living room & dining area with a fully functioning kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher & some appliances.

- Level 4: Twin bedroom (Mezzanine level) which showcases a Cathedral ceiling & floods with natural light.

Enjoy two balconies to see the spectacular view - one off the living area and one off the Mezzanine bedroom.

The apartment includes basic media & technology appliances: TV's in both bedrooms & lounge.

1 x DVD player & IPOD pock also available.

Guest Access:
You will have uninterrupted access to the entire 4 level apartment.
You will have parking on the main street and also in front of the apartment, downhill and right by the last apartment.
A short 5 minute ride by cab to downtown, if you don't have a vehicle.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet residential street.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located on Queenstown Hill, "Edinburgh Drive" is a short 20 minute downhill walk to the city centre. Alternatively you can take a 5 minute cab drive.
If you are coming by car, there is plenty of free off street parking!

You'll be pleased to know that Linen & Towels are included with this property.

Fantastic view

We chose it because of the view and we were not disappointed. Pre sunrise was beautiful from that balcony. We were concerned about parking but we found a spot on the road exactly in front of the steps to the unit so perfect for carrying down all our luggage and not having to leave it in the rental car for possible thieves. So all good. I noticed the place is for 6 people so a bit surprised that there were only two seats on the balcony? Do only 2 adults want to admire the view? I would also recommend more mug mats for that precious table or coat it with a heat resistant laminate or just place a more protective cover on it as it made my wife very conscious/ nervous about using it despite me placing ALL the table mats on it. Other than that worth it all for the fantastic view.

Great property, with fantastic views

Great property, great view. Well equipped. It is at the top of a very long and steep hill (hence the great views) so be aware of you have mobility issues. Parking was no problem at all near the property.

Great view but some issues

The view is truly stunning and worthy the stay. However the listing should make it clear the property is on 4 levels with the twin bedroom in fact a mezzanine open to the living and kitchen area, and the bathrooms are 2 and 3 floors below that. It was disappointing to have to rewash some dishes prior to use, and because the rubbish bins had been left down the road bags of rotting rubbish were dumped beside the yellow recycling bins in the back car park which remained there through our stay - a poor look for the property.
