“it wasnt the greatest hotel experience. Room was comfortable, large size, comfortable bed. Temperature was quite cold in the room, and there were areas in the room that were not cleaned properly. The biggest disappointment for me was the food, I had dinner there the first time which was very average, and breakfast next morning was minimal and basic, not a hotel breakfast at all. i won't be back.”

“the GREATEST staff who waited after check-in was closed as my train was delayed, however rather limited check-in window, cosy room and classic building, right next to the castle and city centre, perfect choice for Tamworth”

“Nice hotel with lovely garden. There was entertainment for the children in the evening. Very highly appreciated.
The Thomas train shop was also highly appreciated by the children.”
