Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 13 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- Ferry to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey, at the ferry terminal 25 minutes' walk from the flat or 5 minutes' drive.
