Our sleek and modern apartment is located just steps away from some of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment in the city. Whether you're here to explore the city or for work, our apartment is the perfect home base. The Gaslamp Quarter and Padres stadium are just a short walk away, while the offices and shops of downtown are also within easy reach.

We are here to support you throughout your stay. We supply every guest with our phone number to ensure that any issues or questions are addressed in a timely manner.

Our apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with a cozy living space, beautiful king bed, and a well-appointed kitchen.

Although we are unable to offer parking, there is an affordable overnight lot close by. Whether spots are available depends on demand. We know of multiple lots in the area and are happy to provide recommendations upon booking.

Walk Score is a 93/100. Gaslamp and Petco Park are very close by! We recommend walking or using Uber/Lyft.

PLEASE NOTE:

- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover, it may be delayed up to 6 pm. Please check with us after booking to confirm your check-in time.
- Parking is not included.
- This apartment is on the 2nd floor. Access requires guests to use stairs.
- We do not offer cable at this property.

Very Disappointed

Although we used the street address and then tried using the coordinates given to us by the unit owners, we struggled to locate the property based on the description provided by the owners, as they were not accurate. We were checking in after hours and I was finally able to reach the owner. The property front door was not clearly marked and it had small adhesive numbers stuck to the upper corner. The instruction to access the property could be made simpler and more direct. It was truly a hassle.We entered the property and walked upstairs towards the unit. The hallway rug was absolutely filthy and as we approached the unit we were renting, we noticed there was a red barrier tape blocking off the hallway there. We chose not to stay in the unit and left. It was a very unpleasant experience overall. The building and neighborhood were not represented accurately.

San Diego Sanctuary

We stayed in this cute Unit during Comic Con weekend. It was a wonderful respite from all the crowded chaos that comes with Comic Con. The check in/out was super easy. The Unit was very clean and matched the photos. It's very spacious and stylish and had all the amenities we wanted while being away from home. We would stay there again.
