This fun and cozy escape was designed with love for our Latino culture. It is a home with plentiful history and many touches pay homage to our indigenous roots. The bright open space is filled with natural light, perfect to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. You will be in a great central location that puts you right in the heart of it all. Conveniently, there is a bus stop just a few steps away from the front gate and an MTS trolley station at the end of the block that takes you everywhere.
Our mission is to provide affordable vacation rental homes for families and friends where they can have, fun, connect and create life-long memories.

The entire private home is yours and is gated and fenced all around. There is one neighbor behind the fence of our back patio space. To be courteous there is no noise after 10 pm.

This home is about 1000 Square Feet and was recently renovated.

Logan Heights is a working-class, predominantly Latino neighborhood. It is close to the freeways and very close to public transportation located on a main street, because of this convenience you may hear the bus and trolley from time to time. If all windows and doors are closed, noise is not a problem.

Getting around:
San Diego's Metropolitan Transit System Map will be provided. The trolley stops directly in front of the Convention Center and Petco Park Stadium. As well as Gaslamp District and Little Italy. A short drive or Uber will get you to all the great places listed in San Diego.

If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music or Make a Lot of Noise, please inquire for permission as we do make acceptions with notification. No noise past 10 PM still applies.

Off-street parking is plentiful during the day but, can be challenging at night just like in all metropolitan cities. It is a predominantly Latino neighborhood. If this bothers you it is not the right place. Very accessible public transportation nearby.

-Check-in is 4 pm -Check-out is 11 am -You can check in any time after 4 pm and as late as you want, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter. -Early check-in depends on whether the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is possible to check in early the same day before you arrive and we will confirm. -No Late Check-out as we have to Clean the Home for same-day Guests. -The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied to the Total amount that you see upon booking. -We will send you All Information and address before your arrival. -We Provide CLEAN Sheets & CLEAN Towels to all Guests upon Check-in. -You can Check Available Dates from the App where you are messaging us from.
