Welcome to Santa Rosa! Situated in the heart of Sonoma County with wineries in all directions. Our home can hold up to 14 guests for a clean and pristine staying experience, our neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and picturesque, with beautiful pet-friendly parks on the side of the house. Across the street is a Sushi restaurant. A short drive or Uber to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Lastly, come home and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio by a cozy fire pit watching the beautiful fishes in the pond.
This beautiful modern home is located on the corner lot connect to a park that is pet-friendly. As you step into the front door a large warm living room with a huge sectional and a 65" TV waiting for you. Walking straight through a hallway is a half a bathroom then into the modern kitchen and a beautiful 10-foot long dining table sit 12 waiting for you. Enjoy dinner with your family and friends next to the warm gas fireplace. The gorgeous home is 2700 plus square ft with 4 large bedrooms and 4 large bathrooms located on the 2nd floor. A perfect home for a big family or a big group of friends to get together. Each room has its own bathroom. The half bath is on the first floor. There is an awesome loft on the 2 floors with a 65" TV and a large sectional with 3 recliners.
A perfect place for the family to hang out or for the kids to entertain themselves while the adults can enjoy the living room on the 1st floor also has a large sectional and a 65" TV.

Nice place
The house was spacious for our group, we were 4 couples and each one had their own room and bathroom, the kitchen is big for more that 2 working at the same time, the eating table is big enough for all your guests. Overall the house is a great place for big groups, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Not too far from Sonoma and Yountville to visit wineries and restaurants.

Great for a group
We rented this house for four couples who were spending time in wine country. This house was ideal in terms of space for our group! If you need immediate access to amenities right outside your door in the neighborhood, this isn’t the neighborhood for that, but the house itself is so great for sharing and a short drive to everything you want.

Great Visit
This house is large and clean. It is great for groups. We had a group of 12 up in wine country for a wedding. The house had more than enough space, especially with all the bathrooms, which made it easy to get ready. The location was great. Not too far from good food and a short drive to the wineries. Definitely recommend.

Perfect House for a Wine Weekend
Stayed here with 6 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday and it was a great location and a wonderful place. Check in was seamless and comms with the manager were prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Big House
The house was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of towels, toilet paper, coffee, and even a water cooler. The checkin process was seamless. However when we arrived none of the ceiling fans worked…the host came out right away but was only able to fix 2 of them. We could not get the fire pit to light, and the water feature wasn’t working. Also a window was broken in one of the rooms. So, overall 4 stars.

Loved this place❣️
Surprisingly HUGE for our group, this 4B has 2 master bedrooms and 2 other bedrooms that are all upstairs. There is a sitting area upstairs as well as 1 downstairs. Truly a delight staying here. And you must try the sushi place across the street - delish!

Great stay for a group of people
If you’re looking for an amazing home in a good location near the wine country this is the place. It was perfect for our group of 13 and slept everyone comfortably. The neighborhood is great and parking was do-able! I would recommend!
