“We had a very nice stay. The spacious primary bedroom is upstairs near the kitchen/living spaces, while the two additional rooms are located downstairs. It’s a perfect set-up with teenagers or guests when some privacy is appreciated. Gas fireplace was lovely as were the French doors opening up to a small outdoor deck. “My husband, 4 year old daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. The main purpose was beach hopping - Carpinteria, Santa Claus, East Beach. This was a perfect middle ground! “The condo is just as pictured! It is really close to the Alice Keck Memorial Park which we enjoyed almost daily.
