Live the experience of our comfortable PARK 7 accommodation on your next business trip or to enjoy a special moment with your partner. PARK 7 is designed for a couple or for a group of up to 3 people who want to enjoy quiet evenings, with a view of the city and the Sea, in a quiet, modern/cozy environment or as a workspace with high-speed wifi.

Finely furnished, with air conditioning in all areas of the apartment (living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms), you can watch your best Netflix series, cable TV on a 55" SmartTV in the living room and 42" in the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, utensils, in short, so you can make all your recipes.

It has two bedrooms, the master with a queen bed and private bathroom, and the second with a twin bed and a desk to work. Both with fresh, clean sheets, pillows and towels.

The master bedroom has an Amazon ALEXA device, which with voice commands (in English) will help you in the search for both your information on the network and select the music of your preference to be listened to during your stay in the property.

It also has a second full bathroom, available for the use of both the second bedroom and the rest of the apartment. Not forgetting the perfect balcony to enjoy a coffee in the morning.
Guest Access
In the social area located on the 11th floor of the Diana Farallon Tower you can share or enjoy the tranquility and cool atmosphere, outdoors, thanks to pleasant air currents next to the infinity pool overlooking the sea. Access to the social areas is limited from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. You also have a shared space with furniture suitable for sunbathing (chaise longs), or for working, with comfortable chairs.



Another space available is the full gym. Also the sauna area and the children's play area, both of which must be booked in advance in the Lobby.

The use of the sauna, the children's area and the cinema must be notified in advance at the reception of the building.

There are rules for the use of the pool and gym area described in the common areas.

If you bring a vehicle, we have an underground and secure parking lot, with direct access to the elevators.
Other Highlights
If you want to walk, you can do so safely at the nearby Ibero-American Park (formerly Quisqueya Park or National Zoo) just a short walk from the Diana Farallon Tower. Inside the Park you will find unique places to enjoy a good coffee or simply delight yourself with nature and other iconic spaces that the Park offers us.

In front of the Ibero-American Park you can enjoy a good lunch or dinner in different restaurants, tasting good wines.
