Stylish 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath house. Fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect getaway.

Just a few blocks from downtown St. Pete and all of it's excellent restaurants, bars and shops and less than 15 minutes to the beach!!!

Free private parking. Washer/dryer as well as central AC. Roku TV, so you can log into your favorite subscriptions (Amazon, Netflix, Hulu etc..)

Not never
This place has you only coming in from the back door. Of which doesn't work well. AC is bad so and only one tv. A rat ate the bagels left out in the kitchen. And the area will keep you up at night if you have kids. Can't prove it but I'm sure it's used for recording videos

Just Okay & Not Worth the Cost
First, another reviewer said this property was in a ghetto, but it's not. It's at the edge of a charming historic district. That being said the listing said this is a 3 BR 2 BA, but it is really one full bath with 2 half baths. It's also a duplex on a busy street, neither of which I recall being noted on the listing. I opted to sleep in a room with 2 single beds. One was under and AC vent, and the vent was filthy so and I decided not to have that blowing on me all night. The carpeting on the stairs look dirty. The carpet in the bedrooms also didn't feel clean. My biggest complaint was that the property owner was very unresponsive. The morning before our trip I had still not received access instructions so I messaged the host in the VRBO app. When I had not heard from them by mid afternoon I called VRBO and was advised to give them until noon on our arrival day and if no response they would put us in a different, comparable property. I didn't get instructions until around 11:00 am while we were driving to St. Pete. When we arrived it turns out that the access code was wrong and in fact the manufacturer of the lock was different than in the instructions. So I then tried calling, texting and messaging the owner through the app. It took about 10 mins for someone to text me with instructions to access a lockbox for the key. Thankfully the porch was covered as it was raining. I have stayed in a number of VRBOs and never had an experience like this. We paid over $500 for one night in this place, and between the dirty carpet and the stress caused us by poor communication with the owner I would advise looking elsewhere.

Not what you see
Walked there, the neighborhood was trashy, the lawn was way overgrown and we had to wade through weeds. Talked to the owner and asked for my cleaning deposit back. Told him to keep the money for the place but since we didn't use the place I would appreciate my money back for the deposits and cleaning fee. It says it's walking distance to downtown, that's if you want to walk through the ghetto. Hated the look of the place.

Great stay in St. Pete
We celebrated a bachelorette over the weekend and overall our stay was pretty great. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we ran into was that we were provided with the wrong code to the door so when we arrived, we could not access the home. It took us a bit to get into contact with the property owner but when we did, we were provided with the correct code. Nevertheless, great location and very spacious. Highly recommend!

House is not as it is listed.
We did not get the code to enter until around 2 pm on the day of check in and it was the wrong code. The house is a 2 story with all 3 bedrooms upstairs. The main floor was very clean but the carpets upstairs are filthy even though they were vacummed. The 1st night there we had a mouse in the house so we did not feel comfortable cooking. The house should not be used for a VRBO home until it has been fully exterminated and all points of entry sealed. This is my first bad review on VRBO but the reason we rent a home is to able to rest and relax in it. We were not able to in this house.

Great location, not great communication
Overall the location was spot on in relation to the pier, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The parking was an added bonus with it not being street parking and free. The house was clean, and had what we needed for a one night stay. The main issues we had was the communication leading up to it. I didn’t receive the address or check in information until 40 mins before checkin and I only received it because I reached out to them concerned that I hadn’t heard anything from them. Additionally, the code that was given was incorrect and so we waited outside in the heat for a good 20-30 mins before we heard back. For anyone who is a planner, this would probably be a stress inducing situation. Otherwise, it’s an older home, but worth the price for the the location.

Weekend stay
The place was clean, reasonably equipped with plenty of room for 4 adults. Short ride to the downtown area, good place to stay. We asked for more towels, property manager brought them quickly.

A nice place for the price
If you're a clean freak like myself, it's definitely not the cleanest of places, it had a very strong smoke smell and there are some things falling apart but for the price of the property, it wasn't bad. It made for a good spring break stay for my friends and I. About 25 minutes from a good beach and super close to downtown/the pier.
