“We loved the remote private feel of this property less than 10 minutes to town. Our poodle delighted in romping on 10 acres. We enjoyed great eateries in area towns and the nearby rivers and parks. The cabin is beautifully appointed, everything you need provided. Front porch sitting brought our stress levels down. Comfy couches, good TV and internet speed, restful memory foam mattress. Perfect host. Thanks so much for a great stay!”

“The pictures really don’t do it justice, because how do you capture the feeling of being fully relaxed? The view of the lake from the two-story living room windows has an incredibly calming effect. The cabin was incredibly clean and I was especially impressed with the coziness of the mattress and bed linens. Thick, plush towels in the bathrooms are a luxurious touch. Owner was very sweet and quick to communicate. Excited to stay at this property again but I’m certain it will be a tough booking...

“The cabin and the grounds were perfect for our annual family Thanksgiving trip. Hands-down, definitely the best stay we've had so far. The cabin, interesting with it's history, has been beautifully and functionally updated. Cooked dinner and two breakfasts on the outdoor Blackstone griddle (nice touch!). The fire pit and s'mores were wonderful. Plenty of room for everyone. And, the property and river were so unique. What a great place. Super hosts (thanks Donna!).”

“We stayed for a week and had friends and family members coming in and out as we prepared for our son’s wedding. It was a very wonderful time and the house was perfect for our large group. It was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The amenities were nice, especially the large garage/game room, and the trampoline was fun as well. We would definitely stay again. Communication with the host was top-notch and we felt very welcomed!”

“Not quite what I expected, but the property was off the beaten path, quiet, and clean! The owners were very nice and accommodating. The "Guesthouse" is exactly that. Small, not much bigger than a nice motorhome, and just enough room for a couple with or without a small child. It suited me just fine as I was traveling solo and didn't need much room. The bed was very comfortable, and the thermostat worked perfectly. For the price, you can't go wrong. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you,...
