3 Bedroom Condo Steps to the Telluride River Trail and The Coonskin Lift

Telluride Lodge has been the west end anchor of Telluride for years. In this complex there are hidden gems for your vacation retreat. Telluride Lodge 522 is new to the vacation rental market and is a treasure! The upscale finishes are desirable and the setting is gorgeous.

Enter from the interior hallway, up a few steps to the open concept great room. Yes! You can see the iconic end of the Telluride Valley from the living room windows, the famous Ajax Peak. To the south from the dining area windows, the view of theTelluride Ski Resort is just across the San Miguel River. The spacious kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and has everything you need (and more!) to cook a gourmet meal, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Cozy chairs and a large sofa surround the gas fireplace. Just melt into the comfiness of the gathering area!

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, a king main bedroom with an en suite bathroom, up another half flight of stairs is a queen guest room, and a few more steps up is another queen guest room at the top of the stairs. At this top sleeping area is also a trundle under the queen. A guest bathroom with a shower services these two bedrooms.

The condo sleeps 7 comfortably in the three bedrooms. There is a washer dryer in the condo with plenty of linens provided. As in most properties in Telluride, this condo has no A/C. Open the windows and let the mountain breezes do the job!

The complex has two hot tubs, a large green space with grills and picnic tables. There is one parking space per condo. Telluride Lodge is located across the street from the base of Lift 7 of the Telluride Ski Resort. The San Miguel River Tail is great natural walking trail that will take you to the downtown area of Telluride, Telluride Park (think Festivals!) If you haven't had enough, get all those daily steps by walking to the end of the Telluride Valley. Here you will see the famous Bridal Veil Waterfall and Ingram Falls.
