ISLAND äventyr Semesterhus

Detta mycket stora 2 våningar Queenslander fritidshus har allt. Stor nog för att 2 eller fler familjer ska semestra tillsammans och dela kostnaden (sover max 14). Annars finns gott om plats för mindre grupper att sprida ut och njuta av. Hela huset är luftkonditionerat och båda nivåerna är helt fristående!
På övervåningen har det ett stort öppet rum med ett modernt kök med inbyggd kokkärl och ugn och ett bra sortiment av krukor, kokkärl, bakverk etc. kaffebryggare, kylskåp och full frys samt vinkylare. Det finns ett fullmatat matbord som passar 8 och comfy läder lounge suite för att titta på tv eller filmer på plattskärms-TV (DVD-spelare och soundbar). På verandan finns en stor utomhusinställning till plats 8 ytterligare. Nedre våningen är också luftkonditionerade och har ett annat välutrustat kök och stor upprätt kyl / frys plus stort matbord och lounge med en annan platt-TV / DVD / soundbar. NETFLIX är tillgänglig för våra gäster på denna TV också! Det stora vardagsrummet leder ut till pool och grillplats genom rymliga trippla dörrar.

Gratis obegränsad internetåtkomst är tillgänglig i hela fastigheten för våra gäster. Mobiltelefon mottagning är utmärkt med de flesta leverantörer, men Telstra fungerar bäst.

SOVRUM OCH BADRUM

På övervåningen är sovrummet med queen size-säng och fullt utrustat privat badrum. För de med spädbarn finns det ett barnrum från sovrummet. Det andra sovrummet har en dubbeldäckare med dubbelsäng nedanför och enstaka uppe. Det tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar. Alla rum har luftkonditionering, inbyggda garderober och en uppsättning franska dörrar som öppnar sig på den vidsträckta verandan. Det stora badrummet med toalett, dusch, badkar och fåfänga ligger också på övervåningen. Nedervåningen är 2 sovrum med queen size-sängar samt en utfällbar bäddsoffa och en uppblåsbara queen size-säng är tillgänglig för användning också. Ett annat badrum med toalett / dusch / fåfänga ligger nere tillsammans med tvätt och garage. Lakan ingår och alla sängar är gjorda. Det finns badlakan och handdukar ingår också.

PLATS & ATTRAKTIONER

Vi är belägna 1 kvarter tillbaka från Stilla havet (Cleveland Bay). Det är en kort promenad till stranden, Esplanade, Patrolled badstuga, brygga, Hotell / TAB & Restaurant. Magnifik nattutsikt över Townsville glitter över bukten till Picnic Bay Esplanade. Magnetic Island golfbana ligger i motsatt riktning men inom gångavstånd. Kollektivtrafik finns med jämna mellanrum, annars hyr en bil eller ta med eget fordon över på bilens färja. Det tar bara 45 minuter. Passagerarfärgen är snabbare (25min) Ta en kryssning till Great Barrier Reef eller snorkel i närheten. Det finns massor av intressanta promenader, fisketurer, sportaktiviteter, jet ski turer och andra aktiviteter.

Queensland Escape

A lovely and spacious property on Magnetic Island. We really enjoyed our stay. Mark was very communicative in assisting with our requests. Thoroughly recommend this property to anyone visiting magnetic island as a family.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Upstairs was perfect with an infant and the gated balcony. Host was great with communication when we found a few things lacking and arranged supplies to be dropped off straight away. Enjoyed using the pool!

Island Adventure Holiday House

Overall staying at the house was fantastic and the owners were very helpful with information and easy to communicate with. As the person who slept in the room with the double bed bunk, my one and only complaint was sleeping on a slanted mattress due to the bed frame itself being bent. I still managed to sleep well enough, but it is something that should be addressed. That said, every other aspect of the stay was highly enjoyable, thank you.

Picnic Bay Gem

We had a group of 10 friends stay at this beauty of a home. Short walk from the beach and the pub and everyone was able to have a game of golf as well which was amazing. We absolutely loved staying at this home, highly recommend. Amenities were amazing as well. Thanks Mark and Rosemary! We will definitely stay again in the future x

Wonderful Family Holiday

This fantastic house was everything we hoped. Lots of space for 9 adults, two children under 6 years of age and 1 baby. The swimming pool was well used (although a bit chilly for us) and the tables on the upstairs veranda could easily fit us all. Amenities are as described but you will need to take all your own food requirements, cooking oil, paper towel, condiments, etc as well as laundry powder for the washing machine. We walked to the beach, the Maggie Island Brewery and had a very relaxing 4-night stay. We hope to return one day.

Another weekend in paradise

We had stayed here 16 years ago, and it was a fun time with the family. Having two areas made it great for those that needed some quiet, and downstairs great for my daughter who has FND and needs a wheel chair from time to time. Kids had heaps of room to play.

Amazing house in a fabulous location

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location close to the jetty and a lovely Italian restaurant and brewery. Communication with the host was helpful and responsive. The kids loved the possum which visited us most nights! Would definitely stay again.

Great house and location

Great place to stay. Plenty of space, very comfortable bed and home. Can see the owners have put in a lot of work to make it comfortable for guests, highlights was the coffee machine with free coffee and the pool! Keep an eye on pool cleanliness, not sure if it was previous guests or a neighbour but we found some cigarette butts floating in the water. Solved easily with a skim of the pool and the rest of the house made up for it in terms of accommodation and location!

Beautiful spacious house ideal for family getaway

Thank you Mark & Rosemary for the perfect weekend getaway with family & friends. There were 14 adults staying & there was plenty of room. The house is in a great location, walking distance to pub & bus stop. We went to the Stage Door Theatre Restaurant on the Saturday night & had no trouble getting buses to & from the venue back to the house. The place was clean & well equipped. Great communication with Mark & Rosemary before hand & appreciate the earlier check in.

Excellent House

We were very happy with this house - plenty of room for the 7 of us. Good value for money and a great location to pub, pier, netted beach enclosure, bus stop & cafe. Highly recommend for larger groups!
