“Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem lebendig Stadtteil in ruhiger Lage und guter Anbindungen zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Verbesserungswürdig ist der Zugang zum Apartment, welcher nur per Bluetooth vom Handy möglich ist. Hierzu war auch zum Anmelden eine Internetverbindung erforderlich.”

Not all information was presented on time. we had to wait 45 mins to get a reply when we had the appointment to get the keys. then they said not all information is provided and that we needed to fill out more documents (passport and information). nobody showed up to give us the keys and we received them from the residence reception instead, where we had to give our ID for the whole stay just to get the elevator card allowing us to get to our...
