We are very pleased to announce we are an organic home, completely chemical free, and only provide organic cleaning supplies, and soaps to our guests for a healthy and holistic experience. Incenses and essential oils also available upon request! :-)

Also we have teamed up with renown Chef Andrew Tomko previously of the Frenchtown Inn, and his team to now offer our guests everything from private fine dining multi- course meals, to simple catering and meal prep as well as personal shopping for such.

Rented by celebrities, and Glamour Magazines, this Sprawling Mediterranean Style Villa, looks as something from the Alps of Italy or Portugal, yet with a touch of culture from all around the world inside including lavish art and musical instruments on display. Featured on the cover of Mary Claire Magazine with Hanna Ferguson, and rented by well know artists (some of course cannot be disclosed) this home boast 8 acres of picturesque views, stretching 20-25 miles across Spruce Run Lake and Recreation Center. The home has a lot of outdoor living space. Between the 40’ long pool and deck areas there is nearly 10,000 sqft of outdoor living areas with a BBQ available.

Inside the home features elegant art, a massive eat in kitchen that seats 20 looking into an open dining room that accommodates another 8- 10 at the table. In the dining areas it features a 12’ wine bar between formal and casual dining. The wine bar features both red and white wine coolers already temp set to perfection.

The Great Room has large TV on marble fireplace, with a beer and alcohol bar for keeping beer ice cold and all your mixing beverages.

All TV’s are Roku Smart TV’s and Netflix, Amazon Prime, Show Time & Roku TV channels are available, any other channels your own membership or accounts will be needed.

There is a billiard room for your pleasure and use, please use responsibly!

Upstairs has 5 bedrooms 3 with views of the lake. 4 bedrooms are set up for couples, where 1 bedroom set up with full mattress size bunkbeds and a day bed for accommodate additional guests.

The musical instruments on display are not to be used, they are for display only. Certain areas of the home are locked off for security purposes.

Please contact management if you plan to make a fire either outside or inside fireplace.

Disclaimer: This property is to be used as a family & friends gathering place or for special occasions such intimate weddings and/or ceremonial events, family and friend birthday parties - NOT AS A NIGHTCLUB or PRIVATE TICKETING VENUE. Any sort of unapproved parties or ticketed event is not allowed. Anything aside a normal boombox for music or lite PA system, must be approved prior to booking, unless renting speakers from us.

Wifi Disclaimer: Wifi is not a guaranteed service though it provided, and can be subject to repairs by our local providers, therefore we do not guarantee Wifi will be completely continuous. It is DSL so it does have lower bandwidth than cable and occasional interruptions in service.

We aim to always give 5 star please understand the home is set in nature so spotty WiFi Birds chirping, chipmunks skipping along come with the territory so please be cautious of the sounds and feel of nature while being in a rural setting yet so close to the city!

- If you would like to host a small intimate wedding, graduation, birthday or dinner party, please speak with us about it first as rules and extra fees will apply.

Guest prices are listed below.

- Overnight Guest Fees: 8 guests are included in base booking price. It is an extra $100 per overnight guest beyond the 8 included in the base nightly rate, and a maximum allowance is 16 utilizing air mattresses.

- Visitor Guest Fees: For anyone not staying over and just coming to visit the property it is $60 per person.

General Policies

Please make sure the number of people in your booking matches the number of people who will be on the property. The Property is surveilled and extra fees may be added on or you may be asked to leave the property if rules are abused.

- Keep noise to a minimum after 9:30pm.

- Do not attempt to open non access doors or cabinets.

- Do not touch or play any of the instruments on display, they are for appearances only.

- There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.

- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.

- PARKING: parking is provided on the driveway side by side. Our driveway is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. If larger/longer cars or if more than one car, you can park parallel in front of the house where the bushes are. No more than 10 vehicles unless noted by an management.

- We have a Pool Table in the home for our guest's entertainment. Please return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay.

- Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. Please make sure the BBQ is used away from the house. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required.

- Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

- Do not rearrange our furniture.

- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is High End community not a hotel, and is also a personal residence home, so please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect the property and things) A Contract & minimum Security Deposit of $2,000 which can go up to $4,000 may be required pending the details of the stay.
