"The hotel room was kind of ok, as soon as you left the room things got worse. Breakfast was ok, but the cutlery and plates werent good. But almost all personal were friendly and willing to help. Outside of the hotell was nasty, but if you like to see camels and horses so you may like it. At last if you want to be in a hotell with a nice and clean location so it is not your choise. Generally if the hotel location was better"

"It was ok. Some staffs were not helpful at all. When we first arrived and we’re tired we got pressured to look at prices for activities even thought we stayed that we weren’t interested and didn’t get any help. Our bedsheets weren’t changed until the last days we stayed. The placing of the hotel was meh. The breakfast was good and everyone was welcoming. The hotel is fresh and looks clean overall. We were also thankful to get help from one of your staffs named Asmaa who made our trip much better by making us more comfortable:)"
