“The house is fabulous - very spacious with lots of options for lounging and sharing meals, including the sunny rooftop terrace (with a view of the ocean), terraces off each bedroom, and both the front and back yards. It’s extremely well-stocked, with every kitchen item you might need and comfy beds. Isabel was extremely helpful and full of tips for restaurants and excursions.”

“This is a great villa to rent that has a fabulous location! What a comfortable house, plenty of space to spread out, great indoor and outdoor spaces, close to beach and pool. We were very happy with our stay. House offers a lot and could be a viable long term stay with three en-suite bedrooms, long tandem driveway that is gated, enclosed back deck, open front deck, steps to beautiful beach, steps to pool, safe and quiet location, laundry machine, functional kitchen, dining room, large family...

“Wow, what an amazing time we had in Alvor. There were 6 of us and the house was a great size. The house was perfect and was better than the pictures. Very clean and the kitchen well stocked with essentials for cooking meals as well as a nice welcome basket. Communication with the property representative was seamless and she was always available to answer any questions. “This was a lovely property with more than enough room for 8 adults and 5 children (including 2 toddlers and 3 babies). We loved using the outdoor space and picking fresh fruit each day to eat. Not an issue at all but I would note that the smaller pool is only heated in the winter. Thanks again for having us Jaime.”

“We stayed at the Casa da Oliviera from July 3rd until July 10th 2018, with my daughter and her family. The Place is absolutely beautiful and very clean, the location couldn't have been better, walking distance to the market and great restaurants, and even down town Alvor. Filomena was very nice and discreet and so was the pool man. Great contact with our host Carmen the whole time as well, and she was very helpful and informative. We will definately recommend this gorgeous place.”

“Stayed with a group of seven friends over four nights in late June. The villa is a perfectly secluded and private getaway, so much so that it is almost impossible to find (even the welcoming agent couldn’t find it!). Once one of us figured it out, we sent GPS coordinates to the others (Waze, Google Maps etc will all fail you). The photos are accurate. Beautiful infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and eating. Well appointed en-suite bedrooms. There’s also a secret fifth bedroom/office not...

“Myself and family of 5, had a fantastic time, nice quiet area but 5 euro in taxi to alvor centre. Only had to wait a few minutes for an uber. Fantastic pool and pool area, worth 5 stars all day long.”

“Right from booking the communication process with the owner was fantastic. The house was as described and the pool room and PlayStation was great entertainment for the kids when it was hot in the middle of the day. It had the little things that make a difference but are not always available when you get to Villa’s; the WiFi was good, 2 fridges, plenty of sunbeds, towels etc, aircon in the rooms was good. We were worried about the Saltwater pool but now actually think it’s better than Chlorine....

“Superb property for family and friends with superb facilities. Excellent service from Rosa, Clara and team before and during our stay - so welcoming, supportive and helpful. Only suggestion - tennis court was not as on photo - appreciate not owned by property but as we were there to play little disappointing.”

“Espaço acolhedor, numa vila bastante pacata, com boas acessibilidades. Um dos aspectos negativos é o espaço só dispor de uma casa de banho. A casa de banho exterior é de acesso comum, mas felizmente éramos os únicos no espaço, dispondo do uso em exclusivo. Definitivamente um ponto a melhorar. Os gestores do imóvel bastante simpáticos, e prontos a resolver os problemas que se apresentaram durante a estadia. A entrada para o imóvel (para os automóveis), não é muito fácil. Em suma aceitável...”

Begränsad städning och byte av lakan mm, men de överträffade våra förväntningar genom tätare städning och byte av handdukar tex bara bädda sängen :) 24 H rec som hjälpte till med allt man frågade om. Trevlig personal. De uppgraderade oss till havsutsikt :) En jättebra supermarket alldeles intill hotellet, perfekt! Mervärde är den jättefina inomhuspoolen med toa duchar ocg tvättmaskiner. Väldigt fint.”
