“Karen var en fantastiskt välkomnande värdinna. Jag och min dotter fick hjälp med att komma ut i kanoten på den vackra sjön. Det blev en stor upplevelse för oss. Karen tipsade även om bästa utflykterna i området och gav oss fina vägbeskrivningar. Mycket bra frukost. Trevlig bänk med bord på bryggans om vi kunde äta vår medhavda middag vid. En liten hälsning till Karens hund Luna som vi också tyckte mycket om.”

“Very nice and had everything we needed for our stay.Loved the huge bath tube, washer & dryer, and location near the playground. Only little improvement would of been a mattress topper in the front tv bedroom. The bed was a stiff/hard.Totally going to come back.”

“Our stay was okay however the property was quite messy and differed greatly from the online listing. The listing said there would be things such as wifi and when we arrived we were told we had to bring our own wifi. This did not majorly impact our stay as we still had a good time however it was disappointing to not have amenities that were on the listing.”

“The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with many details to the setup of the cottage. Everything is very cozy, and the view of the lake is so serene.”

“The inside of this property contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen utensils/gadgets, seasonings, coffee/selection of herbal teas, foil and even bug spray. The cottage was incredibly clean and there were plenty of linens provided. Outdoor amenities were a disappointment but management was willing to discuss and compensate us for the watercraft rental when we weren’t able to use the (inflatable) kayak. “We had the best time with Linda and Gord!! Exceptional hospitality and lots of laughs. Delicious breakfasts, gorgeous home and lovely, lovely hosts. You will definitely leave Jewel on the Hill with a tummy full of food and a heart filled with new friends and memories. Thank you Linda and Gord! We hope to see you again sometime. ”

“This was a lovely B&B run by the sweetest couple! From the moment we arrived, we felt like a part of the family. The room was spacious and beautiful, the property was spectacular, and the breakfast was the most delicious I've ever had. “The toilet smelled foul from the septic tank. The picture advertising the property is very misleading. There is no pier. The kitchen, bedsheets and carpet were clean. The view of the lake was nice.”

“The glamping site was just perfect! Waking up & seeing the lake from the comfy bed was amazing. Paddling around the quiet lake in the canoe was enjoyable, especially that all the water Lillie’s were blooming. I recommend you give it a try, you’ll be glad you did!”
