“This place is amazing. Once we checked in, we instantly inquired about an extension. We could not stay for just 1 night. You have everything you need to escape from reality here. The beach is amazing to walk during low tide and when it’s high tide, the kayak is there to use. The pool (jacuzzi) was relaxing. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again.”

“We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. ”

“This trip was very special as we were gathering as a family to celebrate the life of my wife's wonderful parents. The villa (including the location and the property itself) were an absolute positive addition to a time that was both a celebration and bittersweet. The property, the property manager were wonderful. Highly recommend to for families!”

“The condo was fantastic and exceeded all our expectations, and that is saying something having our three adult children with us. Being on the first floor, it gave us easy access to the pool that was never crowded and the beach was right there. The location was also central to many activities. We really enjoyed our stay. Our one suggestion would be to update the beach chairs provided by the owner. They are a little dated. Just a small thing for what overall was a great trip to PR.”

“The photos don’t do the house any justice! The most amazing seven days vacation we’ve had in a while. The house was clean, fully equipped with everything we could possibly need to cook at home or barbecue outside. The pool looks very small in the photo, it is small, but it was enough for our group of 14 and there were up to five or six kids at a time and they loved it. Manager JB was a pleasure to work with and was always available when needed with suggestions on things to do in the area....

“The villa was well equipped and the location within the rio mar complex and the beach great. The host Lydia was very attentive and helpful. The only downside was that the oven did not worked and the air conditioning of the main area dripped water the whole stay. Asides from that it was a pleasant stay.”

“The property was beautiful. The owner and his property manager were quick to help when the power went out. They got the generator up and running and a small portable ac unit to help cool it down. When the power came back on their electrician came right out and reconnected everything. “We travelled here with a few friends and family to get married in a small ceremony. It was such a fantastic villa and location to do so. Other than the ceremony, there is a very nice beach right in front, good areas to take walks, coffee shops, supermarkets and anything you might need not too far away. “We brought our kids and grandkids (11 of us total) and it was great that each family unit got their own section of the villa. The pool was great and well stocked with toys, floaties and yard games. The view of the ocean was amazing from each level of the villa. We enjoyed lots of excursions, restaurants and activities, most of which were less than 30 minutes away.”
