Tropisk stor familj Pool Retreat

Ta med dig din familj och vänner till den här nya enholiday semesteruthyrning i vackra Sunridge Estates. 3 sovrum 2 badrum hem plus 1 sovrum 1 badrum casita! Detta mysiga hem sover 16! Sitt ute och koppla av vid den tropiska poolen OCH spa med utsikt över bergen och taket. Poolen har färgbyte hjul så ljus ändrar färger. Kul att titta på på natten. Poolen har också en Baja-hyllan och ett inbyggt bord för att njuta av en trevlig cocktail eller kall limonad. Peek-a-Boo casino utsikt från Gazebo. Massor av uteplatsbord utanför med 3 uteplatsbord (sittplatser för 18) och 4 solstolar för att sola. Gott om plats för 2 till 3 familjer att sprida ut och ha en bra stund att grilla, simma, spela spel eller titta på det stora spelet på våra stora skärm tv. Lake Mohave och Katherine landning är 12 minuter bort. Casino och båtlansering vid floden ligger 5 minuter bort. Två bil garage och parkering för ytterligare fyra fordon i den cirkulära uppfarten. Båt och jet ski parkering på gatan. Gratis WIFI och DIRECTV. 1 king size-säng, 2 queen sleeper soffor i casita, queen size-säng med dubbla våningssäng och tvilling trille och två trippel våningssängar som sover 3 vardera i bunkroom (perfekt för alla barnen). Stort matbord med plats för 10 plus två vid disken och ett extra bord med plats för 4 fler. Fullt utrustat kök med nästan allt för att laga mat för hela gruppen. Det verkar som om vi flyttade ut och du flyttade in. Bunkroom har storbilds-tv och en PS3 med spel för barnen. Njut av en dag på sjön eller floden och kom hem för att grilla och svalka i poolen eller njut av den avkopplande jacuzzin. Casita har brädspel med 2 soffor och ett pentry med handfat och litet kyl / frys. Restauranger och kasinon ligger en kort 5 minuters bilresa bort. Sams klubb är 5 minuter bort. Perfekt för Laughlin River Run, familjesemester eller något tillfälle. Poolen inte uppvärmd. *** Husdjur tillåtna *** Kontakta ägaren för detaljer. Snowbirds kontaktar ägaren för vinterpriser.

Hello, and thank you for allowing my family to rent your lovely home. We truly enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories together. The pool was awesome and a big hit with everyone!If I may suggest, it would be helpful to have a mop and broom available so guests can easily clean up spills or tidy the space. A Home Away from Home

Family Getaway

This property was beautiful! We had three generations ages 6 weeks to 64 and everyone had a great time. The separate casita was perfect for the new parents and baby. The main house had plenty of room for everyone else. The pool was amazing and the host was super responsive. Loved this property so much my grandkids want to live there.

Wonderful for large family

Great house, lots of sleeping beds. All pots, pans and cups. Plenty of towels! This is usually not the case with pool homes. Garage parking was a Great plus.

Confutable Oasis

We had an exceptional stay , and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A special thank you to the host, who was always prompt and responsive to our requests. The house was immaculate, specious and provided ample room for our group, making our visit truly memorable. The location was ideal for our family, and we especially appreciated the pool and hot tub in the afternoon. Despite the cooler weather, the children had a fantastic time playing and didn’t seem to mind the chill. We could ‘’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely return to this location.

Our daughters family and us (9 total) fall boating trip your property met our needs. Appreciated being allowed to park in garage use of driveway for our boat. We enjoyed the gazebo for evenings of games, swim in the pool and two evenings of BBQ, beautiful sunsets and morning coffee on patio

Great Property!

Needed a house to host birthday event and this location and property were perfect to get around to the river and to the casinos. Jennifer was amazing throughout the entire process! Always communicating and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The house is fully stocked with all the things you need and then some. We will definitely be back!

Love Love Love

Loved this house and all that it gave. Jennifer is a perfect host. She was very responsive and patient. She made sure we checked in on and checked to see if needed anything. Before arriving, I asked if we could possibly check in early, due to us arriving early from a 4 hour drive. I only asked for a couple of hours but was able to check in 4 hours early. Neighborhood is very nice.The majority of our stay was outside in the beautiful patio area, by the awesome pool. Loved the Casitas. There was plenty of space for our family. Definitely look forward to coming back next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect vacation home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation home that featured a beautiful pool with a charming casita. This house is perfect, I cannot recommend it enough! The pool was undoubtedly the highlight of the stay. It was just what the family needed after a hot day on the lake. My teens especially loved it when we turned on the lights. This gave them a perfect background for all their pictures. The surrounding area was beautifully landscaped and easily had seats for everyone. The casita added a wonderful touch to the overall charm of the property. There was so much space and it was perfect for my cousin's family of 4. The main house itself was equally impressive, offering spacious and comfortable living areas. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. I have to mention that Jennifer, the property owner, is amazing. She answered all our questions immediately. We have rented from her before, and her level of hospitality is a huge reason we keep coming back. Overall, my stay at this vacation home was an absolute delight and we can’t wait to come back.
